i cant help being a bit tan(ok, a lot)because i was force to go outside at school and im not allowed back in until about 7 hours later (hooorah! graduation party day!) and i dont exactly burn so now i look like a potato[(pa-tot-oh)(was that a weird comparison for tan people?)]and its not my fault so, you can be goth and not have white skin.

I like being tan a lot more than being pale, but then, my heritage makes my skin dark. My theory is, if Im going to be dark, I might as well be REALLY dark.

It's not the appearance that makes you goth.
But the so-called "goth style" looks most appealing to me when on someone of fair complexion.

That is not to say you can't dress/look it with darker skin. I'm merely voicing my opinion that it looks best on lighter skinned people.

However, I have seen a fair amount of darker skinned beings who look absolutely stunning dressed in the "goth style".
