Lance started swinging his arms slightly then hummed a tune as he walked. Looking around for any guards that might be around, "you know it's cause and effect, chain of events all of the chaos makes perfect sense. He sung this as he looked around at the run down builds and rats running around. Welcome to Earth third rock from the sun.

"Yea i know what you mean, we help them, ask for a place to stay, do their remedial work, and end up gettin thrown in the slums set to fight amongst ourselves"

Dimitri had finaly finished the days paperwork, typing in a few things on his computer "Sections 6 and 9 today?" he said looking over a map of the slums and where violence had been most elevated, sending a message to his personal unit via communacator((if we can have technology that advance, if not then he did it through an online messageboard allowed only to those in his unit)) The message read "We will be patroling sectors 6 and sectors 9 today,Be prepared these sectors have higher violent crimes towards city gaurds and officials than any other for the past 3 months, that is all" and then left to the front of the building,waiting for his 5 elite team member to come

What kind of civilian has this type of stuff anyway. And more interesting, "his eyes perked up quite a bit, "what kind of people will we be hunting this night"? Lance grinned as he scratched his side burns a bit.

"How did you aquire this channel? This is a private channel, should you wish to prevent incident you would be wise to get off of it" Dimitri said Knowing he would have to either be a gaurd, or kill a gaurd to get it, and noone would question his authority

Quinn raised an eye brow as two men passed by him. One was holding a grocery bag that looked slightly beat up. 'Well he couldn't have been to happy about that one' He thought to himself as he turned his gaze upon the second one. He seemed more withdrawn in a way , seeming to be less prone to fighting than most of those who inhabited the slums. He sighed and pushed off of the wall he had been leaning against , and walked quietly out of the alley way he had just been inhabiting. He walked behind the two , as they had caught his interest and he had to go that way anyhow , as he did have a job to aquire later.
He had his hand shoved in his pockets , as he usually did when walking the streets. He kept his gaze on the pavement , looking across the webs of cracks that spread across them. He shook his head and his messy hair fell in his eyes , just the way he enjoyed having it. He smiled , a barely noticable movement on his stoic face. He heard a noise that arused his senses. It was the movements of a group of men , who by the sounds of it were perhaps in some kind of protective armor. He brisled at the thought of them getting near and he was ready for anything they might try to start.

Dreccaas Continued walking, not really payin attention to anything he said "Were almsot to my place" turning around to look at him he saw another guy, with messy hair and a quiet inteligence about him "Hey who's that guy?" he said pointing over lance's shoulder

So far no incidents When coming up to two men, who were turning the corer, they walked almost right into them "Law 00352 No civilians are to be about after 8:00 Pm Violation of this law results in three days of jail time. Please go easily, Violence would result in death" he said repeating his near textbook knowledge of the rules and regulations

Quinn sighed and said in an almost unaudible voice " I'm no one of concern , but they are. " He said with a slight nod of his head towrds the man infront of them. When they stated that fighting would result in death , he just laughed , as he pulled his hands out of his pockets out of his pockets and held them close to his sides. He lifted his head and his gaze shifted between the two he had semi followed to the man who seemed to be from the government. When he heard that one of the two was an escort , he raised an eyebrow. He sighed and turned to walk across the street , hopefully to be unnoticed.

Dai crouched in the shadows her red jacket an easy target for anyone looking. She hid herself as best as she could while getting ready to commence her strike. She was poised like a cat waiting to bait the mouse her short hair swaying in the wind. She could use her superhuman strength to fight but preferred the use of lola and lita, her twin guns, and her sword. She was tracking this human who had connections to a vampire lordling called Lynus. She was about to conduct a full on raid on his sorry behind. Dai smirked already tasting the blood in her mouth.
