no, its not a boomerang. it's always been and always will be a twig. its the kind of twig hanging off a tiny little branch on twigs and its always really bendy and maybe has a few leaves growing out of the end. the kind that could never physically harm someone. yet, it killed her. its a simple answer yet its so hard to get xd

For those who want a challenge *thinks of a reward*:A woman was found dead on the sidewalk with a stick in her hand. Nothing on the outside was wrong with her, she was simply dead. Yet, the stick killed her. How?
(Yes, I realize the answer to this riddle is incredibly unrealistic. I'm going to be a surgeon, believe me when I say I know. Just please deal with it.)
