i rated your dream avatar as ok i guess. my reason is that in my opinion, since the fox ear n demon fox tails have red colour tone, i find the the ice dragon gown and ribbon not suitable coz those 2 items doesnt make your avatar harmonious.if you like blue and red, something like this would be much more appropriate
