"YOu're right... Jole does look like that now. I didn't really pay attention to the scene around me when I was running... but you're right." Smoke formed another cart, "Get in... We're going to Jole."

Terra and Inferno jumped into the cart. "We are ready." Terra nodded "Let's go"

Once we stopped running, i noticed we were in some run down and charred city. Kari's mother left me with Kari while she looked around. I tried to look down at Kari but now not even my eyes would respond. I had Kari in my arms like i did when we were running from the woman that now held us captive, all i could manage at the moment was a slight tightening of my arms surrounding her. I noticed earlier that she seemed frightened of me after my last stabbing and after i caught her fireballs so i was trying to comfort her as much as I could, then I used my darkness powers to get into her head so mabye i could talk to her while her mother was gone, it was up to Kari to respond to make the connection.

Kari felt the particles in her mind flowing, she closed her eyes and listened. "Kurai?" She whispered a bit shocked the girl could do this after all the stabs and injurys she had. "Won't mom hear?" Kari did a grim face at the word mom, because she had read that moms where not supposed to be demented like this.

Kari nodded. "Its fine. I know you can't control yourself." Kari looked at the wounds still astonished that Kurai said she could barely feel it. A back of steel! She thought. Kari wondered if a forcefield would block her mom out until her friends came. She wanted to ask Kurai, but then her mom would hear...Kari reached her foot down as low as she could and began to spell out her plan. When she finished, she was sure it was legiable and turned to Kurai for a reply.

Kari blushed in embarassment. "Sorry. This is my first time doing this kinda stuff." She quickly covered up her drawing before someone saw it. Will it work? Kari thought, hoping Kurai would answer. She looked around for her mother again. How are you handling the curse and this blade without overexausting yourself?. Kari sighed, "Im sorry you've been stuck with her like this."

Wincing a little "It might work...im not sure though...even if it did there still might be some side-effects."

Kari noticed Kurai began to wince. She thought it was something she said at first she figured it was something her mother had done. Her mother stealing something precious was no shocker. "What did she take?" Kari asked. "You don't have to answer if you don't want to." She could feel Tears in Kurai's mind. Kari sighed again., she didn;t want her mother to see Kurai cry, if she did she would use whatever she took from Kurai as a bribe. She decided to change the topic, relizing how personal it was getting. "If theres side effects, I don't want to risk it."

Smoke's hair was flying in all directions. She was running in hyper speed again, but this time, she felt like she was even faster than hyper speed. she felt like she was as fast as light. SHe was angry, and she figured that's what was fueling her speed. "So when we get to Jole, I'll make us go invisible and let the particles go through us. We'll find out where they're at in Jole and devise a plan. But we'll have to be quiet. Gah! I wish I could've had the time to learn how to make my light and dark particles separate so that I can go through things! This only happens when I'm running like this or when my... I'm not in control of my body."
