Hello, Ais! As mentioned above, you don't need to do anything; the info was for future reference only. The retired thread takes care of outstanding requests that aren't handled in the General Request thread; the Gen Thread only takes care of outstanding requests for colorists it oversees. It's an old rule back from when the Gen Thread didn't exist and the Retired Thread was the only centralized location. While it might be modified in the future, it hasn't changed for the time being (it would require either a verdict from upper management or a discussion with all the certists, as moving it here would basically be putting more work on current certists due to the way responsibility was split). I hope that clears things up, but please let me know if there's anything else I can add. Thank you! - Ryuu
