The den

[Wolfs Heart]

Heart had heard a howl from the lake calling out to her from the den, so she walked up to the den and entered it, "Drave..." She realized he wasn't there and sighed. "I hope you come back soon..."

Star's ears perked up when she sensed Heart's scent nearby. She raised her head and opened her eyes, looking around. Just as she suspected, Heart had come. Star stood up and wagged her tail, giving her a lick before she sat down beside her. "Hey, Heart. Good to see you again." Star smiled a wolfish grin before she noticed something wrong about Heart and cocked her head. "Heart? Is there something wrong? Are you waiting for someone or something? Is this a bad time?" Her ears flattened against her head.  

[Wolfs Heart]

She looked at Star, "No it's fine, I just thought I heard someone calling me..." Heart looked around, "But I guess I was wrong"

Star nuzzled her. "Oh? Is it someone I know? Maybe I've seen him or her." Star took a glance around their surroundings as well. Then it finally clicked for her when she remembered the new wolf talk about knowing Heart. "Oh! Was it that new wolf...umm...Drave or something? He left a wolf nap ago. Was it important?"  

[Wolfs Heart]

Heart looked up, "So he was here? I thought so...I don't know wether it was important or not, I just heard his howl and thought I'd come check it out"

*howls*
"are you here heart'
walks into the clearing in front of the den
howls again this time much loader and rather deep  

[Wolfs Heart]

Heart ran up to Drave. "Drave, what is it, I heard your howl!" Se said as she gave him a friendly nuzzle.

nuzzles back. "i was just wondering when you were going to tell the pack is all"
lays down and closes his eyes breathing deep  

[Wolfs Heart]

Heart looked at him, "Well I told Sky, he didn't act like it was a bid deal or anything..." Heart layed down next to him.

"Oh." Star heard the howl as well and thought Heart might want some time alone. "Have fun..." Her voice trailed away after Heart's receeding figure. Star gave a shrug and laid down where she was, not quite being able to take another nap.  

[Wolfs Heart]

Heart jumped up and ran after Star, "Star! Hey wait! Stay, I want you to meet my friend Drave..."

Star didn't want to admit it, but she really wanted company. Not being able to hide that fact completely, she began to wag her tail. "Really? I can come with you and see your friend? I won't be too much trouble for you?" Star grinned and panted.

He yawns and gets up walking out of the den.

Star's ears perked and she turned around to see Sky. "Oh, hey Sky!" She ran up and pounced on him. "Wanna come with me and Heart to see her friend?"  

[Wolfs Heart]

Heart smiled, "of course you can!" Heart saw Sky stirring and sighed as a worried look spread across her face.
