(That stuff probably kills slower than cigarettes, so I wouldn't care if it was legal or not, as long as you had to do it in your own home and I wouldn't have to ever smell that stuff burning. I think drugs are bad, m'kay?)

for medical purpouses i can undesrstand or as long as there in a white padded room so they cant go jumpin out ay windows ect.
