Cale Darksun Nelowulf Cale Darksun Nelowulf Why would Karah join something Nakara is hosting? Although, he probably wouldn't mind having a private holonet feed to watch, as a scouting agent... Would he even know? It doesnt strike me as in Nakara's style to do anything upfront and in "person". I figured Nakara would use a dummy group as the backers for the Race/tourney. That's what the hutts are for. But he's not gonna let Karah kill off his chances to get the best pilot he can find. So heres a question. If you did put a combat tourney in this, how would you fit it in with the Race, which is going to be the main draw. You said Paired Matchup. elaborate on that. No different from what I originally had planned, really. Most of the pilots were going to have to show they could survive a little bit outside the cockpit.

That eliminates Pash. He can fly but he's no pilot.

Cale Darksun That eliminates Pash. He can fly but he's no pilot. That's why I'm opening up the combat thing. Those non-pilots could pair up with pilots to try for first place. In a way, it helps everyone out in the end.

Great. I'll have to fish around for an NPC Pilot.

Why? Ritt's joining. Just borrow him. Unless Johnny gets real hyperactive in the system, I've kind of got little else to do with him in terms of making him develop as a character. Plus, he could use the adrenaline rush without the blasterfire around him.

Pash is going, with or without the council's blessing. Although, if Pash discovers ties to the sith via Az'zip the Hutt, who's hosting the event, they could simply ask Ritt to pilot for Pash, like an undercover mission. Pash would need a pilot to get in, and Ritt would be willing to fly safe for once.
Not exactly too difficult to smudge the storyline.

You're under the presumption that A. Pash is some kind of Renegade; and B. that the council gives him his missions.
Pash isnt a renegade. He's pretty loyal to the ideals of the Jedi and The Republic. And its Pash's master who gives him missions. He's the one having Pash follow up on this Force user slave situation. The Council is largely unaware and too preoccupied with running the Republic and the War effort.
I do agree with you though that it shouldnt take all that much for a Ritt/Pash co-op.

I meant to say Ritt was going, with or without council permission. My bad.
