Rakyren I have no excuse for this avatar. Sorry. sweatdrop For some reason I snickered because I thought of that Superhero in the one movie. He was the guy that was a black chicken, and called himself 'Black c**k' the Superhero. I don't mean that to be offensive, I think it's a pretty twisted and awesome looking Avatar. Just it happened to remind me of that movie.

The new skin color tattoos must take a lot of ink. :
I've got 12 red inks (now valued at 300g each last I checked. eek ) and I can't get one of them. I can get a lot of other neat tattoos though. Maybe I will later, but I'd like to see how much ink it takes for one full skin color tat. x3
Also, the new hairs aren't too bad, but one of them seems an awful lot like the magical girl items hair. o.0

I wanna have really pale white skin all over. Like I've got Michael Jackson's disease! Unfortunately, I have very little ink.
Maybe it takes 50 inks to make a full skin dye?
I only want that so I can make a better geisha avatar for my mule....

Just wait, this will cause another major boon in available inks and it wont take that long till body paints are so common that the prices will be very affordable.

I really don't think so. I mean, if you want a strange dye for your body, like purple or orange, then sure, you'll get it for cheap, but for white and black? Considering that white ink is now at 1000 gold a bottle and rising, the white dye will be by far the most expensive of the body dyes.
It's also the only one I really want.....

Oh I expect the prices to jump up for a bit, that is only natural. This is the trend of things when it comes to the items made from things we have to actually collect and process ourselves rather than buy outright. At first the prices skyrocket from very low supply and high demand, but also there is an major influx of people out collecting to not only get the items for themselves but to try and make a little extra gold from it as well. This leads to the two major inevitabilities, one being that there is a sudden major influx of items in the market which causes prices to gradually go down then eventually once everyone has the paints and tattoos they want the demand drops and so do the prices even more.
This is not just basic economics, this is a predictable trend that repeats itself on Gaia whenever something new is released that isn't a limited item.
