"As he stood waiting, he knew the male was home. He had pulled in next to his truck just to make sure he knew where he was going. Liam could get easily lost if he wasn't paying attention at times. He waited at the door looking behind him and around. Liam rocked on the heals of his feet as he stood there. Finally the door open and he smiled happily up at the male. He took in his appearance seeing the male had already showered, and dressed. Liam took in the male's shortness of breath wondering what he had been doing before than. He stepped inside as the moved aside to let him in. Liam moved toward the male, and kissed him on the lips before pulling away. He smiled up at him, before showing him what he held behind his back. Liam held up a single long stem white rose to the male. "For you." He replied happily as he held it out to him. Liam wasn't one for buying flowers but he wanted to this time. He couldn't help but want to bring something to the male, even if it was something small. "

He smiled as the male entered his home, but looked at him curiously as he hid something behind his back. Before he even got to ask the male what it was, the male was leaning down and gave him a brief kiss. He kissed back before he pulled away and smiled even more as the male pulled a white rose from behind his back and held it out to him. He carefully took the rose and held it under his nose, taking a few sniffs. He didn't know if this was just something out of the blue or someone had told the male, but he was happy either way. Roses were his favorite flower, he wasn't big on flowers, but he'd always thought they were the most beautiful and that they went very well with any decor. "Thank you." he said shyly, leaning up and pressing another kiss to the males lips. Pulling away, Alaine turned on his heel and went walked down the same hall to the kitchen, taking an empty vase from one corner cabinet and filling it with both water and the small vial of plant food the rose steam currently sat in. Carefully wedging it off the steam, he poured the murky liquid into the water and placed the flower into the water. He then grabbed the vase and placed it at the center of his small round kitchen table.

"Come on...We'll take it slow..." He said, smiling a little, gently pulling him over to where there was a little group of people dancing. He put the male's hands on his hips, moving his own up around the male's neck and smiled. "Just follow what I do okay...It's easy..." He said, moving his hips to the beat. He'd been able to tell that the male was unsure, so he figured that it wasn't completely that he didn't like too, but was partially because he never had. "Liam didn't even know if the male would like it. Flowers weren't his thing, he never really liked them but that didn't mean someone else wouldn't. He watched as the male took the rose from him, as he took a whiff of it. Liam smiled up at the male, he was happy to see the male liked it. "Your welcome." He replied as the male kissed him again, before pulling away. Liam watched as the male left top walk toward the kitchen. He took the time to undo his boots taking them off and setting them next to the door before following Alaine. As he walked into the kitchen, he saw that the male had gotten a vase to stick the rose in. He walked over toward him, as he finished up. Liam leaned against the counter, as the male set the vase on the kitchen table. He watched the male, "I didn't know if you liked roses or not." Liam replied softly glad to see the male hadn't just neglected it and tossed it aside. He had gotten flowers for an ex boyfriend once, only to have him throw them away. Liam hadn't gotten flowers since but Alaine didn't see like the person who would simply throw it away. "

" Alex wasn't opposed to dancing. He just never danced before, he had never even learned how. Alex knew if he tried he was likely to step on the other person's feet or make an awkward situation out of it. He looked over at the male as he grabbed his hand before pulling to his feet. Alex didn't object he just was a little uncomfortable. He kept his eyes on the male, not wanting to bump into other people. Alex was glad there wasn't a lot of people where they were standing. He placed his hands on the male's hips as he directed him. Alex looked down before looking back up as the male put his arms around his neck. He was nervous as he stood there. Alex felt the male move but he had no idea what to do. It was a little sad but true, he couldn't dance. As the male spoke, he rolled his eyes at him, "Yeah, easy for you." He replied bitterly but not at the male. Alex wasn't annoyed with him in the least. He just was trying to get comfortable by at least moving to the music. "

He really didn't care if Alex ended up stepping on his foot, he'd danced with other people who didn't know how to dance or hadn't danced before in their lives, he honestly thought it was cute. He continued to let his hips sway, not really doing much right now...He'd gradually add more moves as the male got used to it, right now, he wanted Alex to focus on the beat and relax...That was really all you had to do...

" Alex stared down before them as he tried to focus. He knew it wasn't that hard to dance. All one had to do was just give themselves time and eventually something would come out of it. Alex looked up at the male as he spoke, he kept his pace slow as he held onto the male. He was mostly swaying from side to side. Alex found it hard to relax as he stood there. As he danced with the male he had a thought in mind. He had told the male about the wedding of his father, but what he didn't have was someone to go with. Perhaps he could convince the male to come with him. He knew it would piss his father off but at least he wouldn't be by himself. Alex didn't want to play pretend and bring a female just to show his family he was straight. He didn't want to play straight for a day, after all he wasn't there to please people. "

He looked at the male's face, noticing he had the expression like he was thinking about something and took a risk, and lightly pressed his lips to Alex's, pulling back after a few minutes. He asked, giving the male a warm smile...He wouldn't mind going anywhere with Alex, even to a wedding...He wouldn't make a big deal out of it, and he'd be glad to go with him...If he knew that was what the male was thinking about...

" Alex felt the male moved closer as he held onto him. He was still in though as he stood there. Alex wasn't trying to ignore Adam, he just had a lot on his mind. He was shocked as he felt the male's lips pressed against his own for a split second. Alex stared at the male curiously, wondering why he had done something like that. He usually didn't kiss others unless he was the one who kissed first. Hearing the male speak, he sighed softly. "Yes." Alex replied as he looked away from the male. He wondered if he would agree to come with him. Alex didn't think the male would say no but it was still best to ask. "Are you busy next weekend on Saturday?" As he set up the rose on the table, he heard the male come padding through the hallway and into the kitchen. He looked up when placing was perfect, smiling over at the male. He shrugged at the males words, guess it was just another way he wasn't like other men. He didn't personally know of many other men, gay or straight that liked flowers. "Actually, roses are my favorite." he said, turning around to face the male, a bit surprised that the male had just gotten him a flower on a whim and that it just so happened to be a rose. He crossed the room to stand in front of the male, feeling a bit awkward about being alone together in his home. "So....are you hungry? Would you like anything?" he asked, wanting to be a good host to the male.
