"Did we have fealings for each other then?"

"I had feelings for you, but it was not mutual."

"YOU?........You liked me??"

"Of course! But you chose to court The Guardian of Earth, and only then to use him as a trophy. You seemed like an icy hag to most people at the time. You never seemed to even notice me. But I still loved you, just the same. It was only by Xane's influence that I actually had the courage to make myself noticed. Funny how the least helpful people end up helping you the most, isn't it?"

She gently caressed his cheek, "You......You loved me? even though I was such a b****? Why??"

"Even the gods cannot say, but I could hazard a guess and say that I saw the beauty that lay dormant in you. I saw that you had the ability to care, to love, to cherish, and hoped that I could get close to you and bring it out."

She smiled, "Thank you......." Her face inched slightly twords his...

Their lips met, they fit perfectly withing each other as if it was always ment to be that way. Lilly put her arms around his neck, pulling him closer. It was strange, yet familiar. And she never wanted to let go.

He wrapped his arms around her, drawing her almost into him, trying to cover as much of her as he could with himself, it seemed. He let her decide the pace, gauging how fast she wished to go by her bodily movements, letting her lead.

Her lips gently trailed down to his neck, "we should probibly stop soon. Shouldn't we?" She clutched tightly to him. Kissing him lightly.

He gave a bit of a smile. "Oh, I'm sure nobody really minds. However, we ARE giving the new recruits quite a show from the looks of things." As if to verify that statement, a rowdy little scrap of a kid yelled "Take it off!"

She blushed, "prehaps another time, then?"
