*chews off a couple of cords and drops the gear to his feet. Stepping out of it, he dusts himself off in the process*

Seriously, how could it go any worse? Would the durned gryphon drop dead out of the sky and fall on me or something? >_O

*ooks up, realising he's still close to the hole and meeps, then pounces and hides in his pillows*

(Conclusion, parachute-jumping off a drunk gryphon's back is baaad. How I got talked into doing it is another story <_< )
