Sirus Jin First off, I should appologize to Krystal. I am so sorry I jumped so quickly into a relationship. I do care about you, and I wish I wasn't so stupid as to jump into something I wasn't ready for just yet. I was hurt and lonely and it felt good to care for someone again. Things were really changing for me, and now that something really big as happened, I really can't focus on things as much. I can't put everything into a realtionship right now. I am sorry. I hate it because I feel like I wasted your time and strung you along. But I didn't want to use you. I can't give you everything you needed or wanted in a relationship. I still care about you, and I am glad I caused no ill will. Krystal, you are a wonderful, kind, sweet, caring person. And I am happy you cared for me in the least. I am truely sorry I hurt you, I wish I didn't and I hate myself for it. And when I heard the whistle I knew I had been chosen...
*sniffs and gets really teary-eyed* You know I could never be mad at you, Ash. You're to good a person, I know you didn't do anything to intentionally hurt me. I'll never be upset or mad at you for stuff like that. And I'm glad you did split it off, because I wouldn't have wanted to be strung along, only to be hurt worse down the road. At least this way, you can concentrate more one what's most important right now, your schooling and life and all that, and we can still be friends without any problems. And that's a good thing =)
You know I"ll always care for you and be there for you and all that, and the fact that you still care about me (as a friend and all) really means a lot. *hugs tightly*
Sorry for cluttering up the sallies with this mushy stuff, everyone xD I'll be quiet now.
Anyway, Kriss, I wish Siren the best of luck sad
As for mantis, I think I remember the only time seieng one in real life was when I was like 8 and on the playground, and it scared the hell outta me and I started crying xD *was and still is a very squeamish girl around bugs of any type, even butterflies and ladybugs xD* but I do remember thinking it was cool looking, even if I wanted to run in fear of it xD
And, congrats Ed and Solemn, I wish you guys the best of luck that your relationship goes well =)
...to be the one who decides who goes next.

Ok, now, I'm fairly angry at my father. He decides it's time to install the new router, so I have to get up on the table to install it (it's on top of a book shelf). That goes fine and it's installed. Then it comes to configuring the router, my father says he must do it, so he runs the software to confure it, it crashes. So I tell him to configure it manually except he goes off to watch the TV show he was before, so I get in his chair and starts to type in the IP address for the router, he comes back and insists he has to do it. So I let him, he tries running the 'smart wizard' on the router and it fails several times so I have to go back up and check the connections, eventually removing the 2nd ADSL filter (we have 2 installed... and he wonders why there is a problem, even though I pointed it out before we started xp ) and it works. He tries to use the 'smart wizard' again and he fails a few times before it finally works. Through out this setup, he never once listened to me and when I tried to leave mid-way through, he says he needs my help to double check everything... and he ignores EVERYTHING I say. I could have the bloodly thing set up in half the time if he let me do it.

I've seen a few mantis' in my day, one time we caught one outside our house, and tried to make it a pet, but it wouldn't eat anything at all after a few days, so we ended up putting it outside again in hopes that it would be able to survive.
allthough I've never seen a mantis do anything like you mentioned kris, so I assume I've never made one scared... one timerecently while at work, I saw one on the hood of somebody's car, so I grabbed a stick and used it to get the mantis (which took a bit of doing... the thing started to crawl under the hood, silly bug) but I didn't want to use my hand, cause those pincers can be rather sharp (the one that we caught before, was nice to me... would just sit on my hand or knee or whatever... but didn't like my brother, and almost drew blood at one point)
well... after I finally got it off the car, I went to put it on a nearby tree... and it flew off when I tried to get it to climb onto the tree from the stick... seemed like a pretty nice lil bugger... just a bit silly xp
I've never had a problem with mantises, those and butterflies are two bugs that I have no complaints about =p
@Crenn: I know how you feel... when we used to have a so-called computer business (putting computers together then trying to sell them in yard sales) I couldn't get a stitch of work done as long as my dad was over me, he'd always tell me he wanted this done or that done, or certain software had to be put onto it, all sorts of things that were a waste, and time consuming... oh and now every so often when he has a problem he hollers for me, and then tells me to show him what I do, and even though I do he always complains that I never taught him how to do different things with computers. and I just give up at that point, and walk out of the room.

Im very happy. Din has been around today, and im so excited ive stopped breatheing often enough im a littly gasp-ey. That girl..is absolutely intoxicating! I don't think im ever happier then when i am RPing and chatting with her. I don't know much about her, but i've got a crush on her; shes absolutely wonderful! I felt awful stalkerish when I told her that I'd been obsessively checking all the hours of the day to see if she was online. She was so happy, I'm surprised i honestly didnt pop! she'd been feeling like a faceless number, and hearing how much i adore her, she was very happy. I don't know what it is about her, but I feel honestly appreciated with her simply saying thank you.
In other news, after being furiouse with Sirus, I've come to forcing myself to relax, though my instinct tells me not to be so nice due to the circumstance, we talked it out, and it was no ones fault, bit i can't help the way i felt. I'm sure it'll clear up with a little bonding time again.
In still yet other news, I got to talk to Mikoto today, and we chatted an awful lot. I'm so happy to talk to her, i can be crazy, and not feel like im not perfect, or im not good enough. I can also talk to her about anything, and im so excited about that its absolutely contagiouse.
I've talked to my favorite girls today, and Im so happy, im going to sleep right now so i can stay happy, and hopfully it'll last until I wake up!

Erk... not good. Someone had my mobile number and knew my name and kept on calling me. I'm still pissed off and a little scared by the fact that someone I didn't know knew my name.

That, and "Sirus" and "Sirius" are pronounced diffrently. Sirus is pronouced "SIGH-Rus" I took that from the Egyptain God Osirus, and took out the O. Sirius is pronounced "Serious" and a harry potter character. I think every so often, something like this pops up in the salies where someone is shocked by my gender. xd

A mantis that won't eat, I'm assuming it was live food. If you only had it for a couple of days, it might just have not been hungry. Mantises will often go a couple of days without eating if they have had a big meal. That or it just didn't notice the bugs in question. In truth most people end up killing wild mantises by dehydration not starvation. Mantises won't go looking for water or cue in to the fact you have put a water dish in their cage. They usually don't notice water untill hey have stepped in it or sensed it with there antennae. As for the spiking of your brother, my guess is he was probably just to rough when holding. Got to be gentel with mantises becuase we are so big compared to them after all. O.o and as for mantises being silly, they so are. Redrum is such a goony little bug. She is friendly, but just the silliest thing. The other day she was so excited to climb up on my hand, she nearly fell off the other end and had to clamp down with her claws to keep from falling headfirst off. It didn't hurt at all or leave any marks, but she looked so embaressed. She looked down at her claws like oops, and let go. XD NG- Didn't know you were having problems with Sirus, but I'm glad you have worked it out. Perhaps this is what you were talking about in the art thread. sweatdrop Sirus- Hah, you think that is bad, I still remember when so many people used to think I was a guy... even though I had a female avi. xp
