Well I do suppose this is an appropriate starting location. My name is Jeff and I am a grammarholic. -Laughs.- Kidding, anyhow my name is Jeff and I just had to join this guild to get away from all the mind numbing half spelled words and Acronyms. The few that should be used like NASA and NAACP are just fine with me, but the ones people make up on a daily basis make me want to cry. I am nineteen years old and my mother's mother's mother was a Grammar School teacher and ground perfect speaking and grammar into my Mother's mother, and then to my mother, and finally down to me. I can throw on a powerful accent from anywhere in the continental United States, and be convincing, but that is pretty much because I have lived there at one point or another. I know I over use commas, and that will never change as long as I shall live. My favorite writer of all time is Roger Zelazny and if you know who that is please send me a message, if not, do not worry, you are far from alone. I have been told I do not belong in this century and as each day passes I tend to agree more so than before. I am an avid role player and renaisance reenactor, and I play alot of character including my favorite a pirate named Shameless the Red. Anyhow, hello everyone and send me a message if you are looking for someone to talk to about the things intellectual people talk about and don't tell their friends. -Laughs.-

Hello, I am Uchitori, i refuse to disclose my location and my real name to all but those who know it, so please, do not ask.
I joined the guild about a week ago, attached the banner to my signature after my third day. Damn that thing is funny. Do not mock my candy cane, it is for the sake of contradicting the natural badassness of my trench coat (actually a High School Long Coat, but that doesn't sound badass at all.)
Do not harass me about using words that I create, I damn well know they are not real, don't waste your breath telling me they are.
I am glad to be involved with such a grammatically correct band of nerds.
Do not fear being a nerd, we nerds shall go farther in life then any dumbass jock could begin to comprehend.
I have recently come upon the discovery that I am long winded, so it may be best that I just shut up and submit this posy, yes?

Hello there. My name is Cherrelle Smith but I would prefer to be called Shredz whilst I am on Gaia as that is my avatar's name. I am 15 years old and I live in Hull which is in north-east England for all of those who are unfamiliar with the whereabouts of my hometown. My prefered passtimes include; listening to music (I am aware this is an extremely popular passtime yet there's just something about it that I enjoy), reading (thus increasing my word capacity and general knowledge) and simply socialising (The latter being something I prefer to do with literates and people I have something in common with, rather than annoying noobs and general dumbasses). Well, that's all I am willing to reveal about myself at this present moment. I will gladly answer any questions you may have regarding me and/ or any aspect of my life (In saying that, I am not trying to be at all vain or self-important so I appologise if I seem at all so).

I guess I should start with my name, you may either call me Bananas (or any variation of the word) or Amanda. I recently turned 15 and I live in upstate New York, where there are a bunch of cows. XD

I spend most of my time on Gaia posting in the AT. Currently, I'm running a 10k Tektek contest, and there's one spot left. So if anyone is interested, PM me. ; )

Though I enjoy writing in complete sentences, and prefer reading literate posts, I'm not a grammer-fanatic. I make mistakes, and usually correct them if I find them, but I'm not perfect. So feel free to point out any mistakes I make. ;3

I'm really picky about spelling too. If I see something spelt wrong I'll almost instantly correct it. It bugs a lot of my friends now that I think of it...

Hey, I'm new in the guild. I'm an adequately literate teen (hopefully) in the process of writing a book. If I complete it it will be my 3rd completed novel...however, I have yet to be published. That will, God willing, soon change.
Most (friends and otherwise) call me Aurora. Though some really annoying people have come up with some less...desirable nick names that will not be mentioned.
I can barely stand to read non-fiction, though The Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass is very intriguing. So was Red Scarf Girl.
In my writing most of my inspiration and weird imaginings come from things like the Final Fantasy series, Otomo Katsuhiro's Akira, Bram Stoker's Dracula, etc. Sometimes I'm a little bad at spelling, however everyone makes mistakes.

I'm Elly. I'm 15, soon to be 16. I live in Australia. I have a lot of "favourite" books, so one of them would be "Tomorrow, When The War Began" by John Marsden, (and the rest of the series is pretty good too.) At the moment I am reading "The Shipping News" by E. Annie Proulx. Not willingly, though. If I want to stay in extension english at school, it must be done.

Hello and all that. I just joined this guild a couple days ago do to nagging from a couple friends. I figured if I'm going to be here, I should take measures to protect my eyes and brain from poor spelling and grammar. Fate must have gotten involved because this was the first clan that I saw.

You may call me Christoph; it seems to be the "alias" that I've come to use everywhere. I love to writing stories and online role playing. Mind you, I highly doubt that I will be doing any sort of roleplaying on Gaia from what I've seen so far. (Yet another reason that I joined this guild)

I basically live at my dance studio. I love Gaia, but I really only get to go on on the weekends. I am also really into fashion.
