Nuka doesn't care what you think, or what you have to say. It's not that she thinks she's right - its just that she doesn't give a damn. Nuka hasn't really ever heard of personal hygiene, and as such tends to have a nasty smell hanging around her, along with a few flies, on a fairly regular basis. She loves diving into mud and getting dirty - she knows she's strange, and she knows she isn't like most ratels, but she doesn't care. She's happy the way she is, and you can bugger off with your 'superior' views.

Nuka's been alone for as long as she can remember - her mother abandoned her at a young age, and she's looked after herself ever since. She doesn't need anyone else.
