 "Well that seems more exciting then my job. I'm just a waitress, nothing really special." Seren says as she crosses her arms over her chest while staring out onto the water. She couldn't help but smile once a turtle duckling came up to both her and Kai andn quaked.

 Kai knew better than to lean down and touch the turtle duckling. The mother would come over and attack him. That is not to say that it was a tempting thought. "I have a cousin who has the same job. I think it's pretty cool. You learn a lot of skills from doing a job like that." The man told the woman. He then looked down at the turtle duckling. "Kids are cute no matter what species they are." He commented.

Seren smiles and then looks at Kai a bit in shock. "You really think so? My real dream is to become a musician, either singing or playing an instrument." She says before letting her hand slide down to landed on her lap. "Yeah they are." The woman said with another smile across her face.

Kai pushed a lock of hair that hand fallen out of place and tucked it behind her ear. "I'm sure one day you will see that dream. Just make sure that you work hard to get it." He told her. It was an honest thought and opinion. He then looked at the mother turtle duck that was finally getting her baby back in place. "Sometimes a little guidance is all that is needed." He commented about the mother turtle duck. "I know when I become a father that my children will need the same help."

Seren felt his had as it brushed against her cheek as he tucked a piece of her hair that had fallen out of place, she just couldn't help but blush once again. "Its been my dream ever since I was a little girl." She said asshe contuined to listen to what he was saying. Hearing him say when he becomes a father he would do the same thing for his children. "Well your going to become a great father someday Kai." She said to him before getting up from the benc in order to stretch. "Do you want to go on a walk with me?" She asks Kai as she tuns to look at him.

Kai blushed at the thought of him being a great father. Seren was the first person to ever say that. His cousin had always called him a stick in the mud. The man stood up and stood next to her. "It would be my pleasure to escort you anywhere and everywhere." The man told her with a grin. It was the grin a gentleman would give a lady or a knight to a princess. He ordered Seren his hand like a man of great honor would do.

Seren let out a small giggle when Kai held his hand out for her to take. "Well aren't you a gentleman." She said with a smile while taking his hand. "I'll be happy to go anywhere and everywhere as well with you Kai." The young Southern Waterbender said to him with a smal blush on her face.

Kai looked at Seren with a slightly confused face. He hadn't really thought about how he treated people. He was raised like that. It was second nature to him. "I haven't thought about that. I treat everyone this way." He told her. He really didn't think it was anything important. He then looked into her eyes. "So where shall we go?" He asked letting her lead him to where she wanted to go.

Seren began to think abot what they could do. She was drawing blank so far. Usually the only places she would go was to where she lived, the park, and the resturant where she worked as a waitress. "I have no clue what-so-ever on what to do Kai." She said to him as they began to walk down the path a bit.

Kai thought for a long moment. He wasn't sure as well. A thought came to him. He was over thinking about what they should do. He kind of felt foolish for over thinking it. "Well I believe there is a tea shop not too far away from here if your interested in me paying for a cup of tea." The man told her hoping that it would be to her liking as a thing they could do.

Seren smiled when he said that they could go toa tea shop. "That sounds like a perfect idea Kai." She said to him with a smile across her face once again. "Kai can I ask you something?" The woman said to him softly.

Kai looked at her before stopping and turning towards her. His body moved so that he was at an angle and could see her just as well as she saw him. He smiled gently as a kind of way for him to know that what ever she had to ask she could and that it was going to be okay because he would listen to every word that she said. "What is it?" He asked with his gentle look on her.

Seren looks down at the ground a bit worried about what he might do or even say when she asked him. "You used to be one of the top ranked Probenders, weren't you Kai. It really doesn't matter to me weather or not you are. I lik....." She stopped before she said to much. Stupid, stupid me, why are you saying that to a guy you just meet.

Kai listened to Seren and her words. He was a little surprised that she figured out that he was a probender. Then again it shouldn't be too much of a surprise. He used to be everywhere. Seren must have been another of his fans. He wasn't against hanging out with them as long as they weren't the creepy ones. Kai smiled. She liked his as fan. That was fine with him. "Yeah. I guess you are a fan too huh? Don't worry. I'm working on getting ready for the next season to play again. I have two earthbenders to chose from and all I need is to find a firebender then I'll be back to playing in the ring." He told her. Most people thought he had retired too young and in truth the only reason he was taking a break was because his teammates retired.

Seren shakes her head a bit. She wasn't truely into Probending, but if someone showed her what it was really like then she may like it. "I'm not truely a fan but if someone showed me what its like then perhapes I would become a fan of it." She says to him telling the truth. Her brother Sen and her sister Kiara were into it but she just couldn't. "And thats cool that your trying to get back into playing in the ring, perhapes I can come and watch you pracitice sometime?"
