Candy snapped her blush palette shut with a smile, glancing into the mirror where she could spot where Summer usually sat on her own stool and Finn making his rounds to make sure they were where they all needed to be. He seemed laid back, a chill dude that she hadn't mind holding a conversation with every so often. A good looking dude. She bit her lip and rearranged her bubblegum ponytail. There was no harm, or so she thought, getting to know her coworkers. How long had she worked here now? And she hardly knew anything past their names. Spinning on her chair she slapped both hands on her jeans, fishing her sunglasses from deep in her purse. It was too bad Summer wasn't here today - she had wanted all three of them to go out. C'est la vie. "Ohhhh coworker~" She began with a purr-like tone. Turning back to her mirror, she touched up along her face, making sure she hadn't missed a transforming spot. She had gone with green and blue out on the dance floor this time - the "regulars" seemed to really itch for the more exotic colored hair during the week days. Including the girls. She fixed her sleeves, tugging at each one. The loud music still boomed past the walls. "Why haven't we had a little hang out sesh yet?" She tapped the edge of her finger against her eyelashes to remove any mascara clumps. "Like a bruuunch?" Her head hung back as she whined.
"I could totally go for some Mickey C's right now." She just wanted some dang friends in this city. She came from Miami! She expected a supernatural town to be loud and party-filled, but it seemed most of it was secluded to Neon and Captain's. Planting a little clip in her hair she fixated her gaze into the corner of her eye, pursing her lips to put on a shimmering lip gloss. A pop elicited as she smacked them together. "Come oooon. Stripper day out?" She teased. "I need a piiiimmppp." She flicked her attention into the mirror, her red eyes staring Finn down.

Finn walked around the floor, clipboard in hand and was checking things off. He had to make sure they had everything they needed before opening. Taking a look at the stage, he made note that it had been cleaned; after wiping a finger along the shiny vinyl. It often got greasy after a day of dancers, spilled beers, grimy fingers and spitting men. Who knew just how crazy horny men could really be! Sure, he may be considered one, but he didn't think he had ever acted like that in his lifetime. Moving over to the bar, he took stock and wrote down what needed to be restocked immediately and what could probably wait another week or so. Giving a nod to the bartenders cleaning everything up, he scribbled a few more things before climbing up to the DJ table. Chester usually kept everything orderly, but he still had to make sure everything was working, or needed to be replaced. Next came the lighting.
Finally he made his way backstage to check on the girls that were supposed to be working the opening shifts. As he was walking in, a few girls were changing and others were putting on makeup. His attention was grabbed as he heard Candy talking about hanging out outside of work. Finn tucked his clipboard under his arm as he leaned against an unoccupied vanity. "Hm..." he hummed as he thought about her question. He had nothing against hanging out with them; he harbored no ill opinions for strippers. Bree was a popular figurehead in the city since she owned one of the bars and so he felt like he was automatically going to get rejected if he tried. Instead, he just opted to keep mostly to himself for now. The golden eyed manager laughed at Candy's pimp comment and set the clipboard down beside him. "I would love to escort you beauties around the city," he replied as he linked his fingers together and dropped his hands in front of him.

Candy snickered. 'Escort', huh? The word held a bit more value than he was aware. "Quel gentleman!" She purred with a smile, a temporary French accent dripping from her lips. "Of course you would. Who wouldn't?" She turned, slipping her arm through each sleeve of her plaid cardigan and fluffing it out over her shoulders. She knew she was attractive. And so what? She knew that for a long time. And if people didn't find her that way - she could make herself to be in their eyes. Being a slime was something she prided in. Although it wasn't often that she changed her physical form to fit the needs of others (unless she was on the job of course), she still found the one she picked for the long term to be more attractive than the usual. She rested her sunglasses on the top of her head and slung her brown purse over her shoulder. Her mid riff caught a little above her stomach. The weather seemed nice enough to walk. Assuming he wouldn't mind unless he wanted to ride somewhere. After all, she lived in Etoile, so her worse case scenario was a 10 to 15 minute adventure. "Allons. You can tell me all about where you got your forehead scar on the way." She strolled past him and pushed the door open, expecting him to follow behind when he was ready.

He had tried to get a few of the other girls to join him, a little nervous about being alone with Candy. She wasn't dangerous, per say, but he knew she was overly flirtatious and wasn't sure how he would react if she were to make any advances. While he had never been on the receiving end first hand, he had seen it plenty of times with clients. Maybe she was just doing her job, but he felt that she was just that way. When none of the other girls agreed to go out with them, Finn shrugged and followed Candy out of the dressing room, through the main floor and out the front door. "My fore...head-..." his words trailed off, as if he had forgotten about the visible scar. Bringing a hand up as he left work, his fingers tips barely touched it before he realized what she was talking about. "OH!"
❛He had known he wanted her, that for all time, but he hadn't realized what was between them. He knew it was more than his body and mind, more than his heart.. She was entrenched in his soul.❜ ▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇

Licking the salt off the back of his hand, he took his first shot of tequila, followed by a thin slice of lemon wedge that soon met the tip of his tongue. His throat burned, a familiar feeling against the back of his tongue, accompanied by the strong bass music coursing through his veins like pulses of electricity. The evening was a mixture of deafening club remix, and lovely looking strippers, each with their own distinctive talent. Slender fingers ran through locks of lengthy pearl grey in need of a long awaited haircut, releasing a quiet heave of a breath. While it was sight for sore eyes, Seth had begun to find it quite.. bland, facing the same thing week after week: small bikini tops that barely covered their chest, some resorting to n****e stickers, dollar cash tucked against the hems of their expensive and lacy g-string.
It was a shame to revert to his old lifestyle, really, spending weekend after weekend in night clubs, downing Jägerbomb shots, waking up the next morning with a hangover, sometimes accompanied by an unfamiliar presence in a room that looked too feminine to be his own. He was ready to settle down in a steady relationship, yet the differences eventually caught up to them, forcing the duo to go their separate ways. Either way, he wasn't complaining. Not when he was expecting a familiar presence to show up: silken pink locks, pale skin, striking hues that held a similar shade of red. Alluring, enticing.
It was a half-drunken decision on his end the first time it happened, with a vague recall of memories scattered onto bits of hazed fragments, with empty in-betweens when the sound of skin slapping against skin snapped himself out of his stupor. But the sensations were clear as day. Soft, warm. Tight.
And it was certainly a decision he did not regret in the slightest bit.

"Seeeeeeth~" Candy's cooing voice carried through the blasting bass, her pale thighs reflecting whatever neon light happened to be glowing over the path she strolled through. Her hair laid flat today rather than her typical ponytail, dripping over her shoulders and occasionally brushing her hips as she swayed them back and forth. "Ça ne peut pas être! You didn't come all this way to visit your favorite slime, did you?" Her prowling gaze eyed him hungrily. Or maybe he was here for another good time - and who would she be to deny him? It had been fun, she enjoyed it too. He was tall, built, toned- The whole package any woman would dream of for relieving sexual tension. And was good at performing... She inhaled. Tasks. She clicked her tongue and flashed two fingers at the bartender for whatever choice of shot he had just downed. "What can I do for you monsieur?" Not that she expected to be purely used for anything. She enjoyed the newer company now that she had found her place in Soleil. Seeing familiar faces was something of a comfort even with all the partying she had grown used to. "Or did I just happen to catch you in your habitat naturel?"

Struck by a familiar voice coming from behind, that so effortlessly shot through the deafening bass music, Seth turned, the tone so sweet he could not but listen. Ruby hues lifted, meeting a similar shade of red, invited by the familiar sight of bubble-gum pink pouring over her shoulders like an endless stream of a smooth flowing waterfall, and a body of pale skin that could nearly rival a disco ball itself, with the way neon lights reflected off of it. Seth, for a split second, contemplated if he needed to put on his shades. ”Thereeeeee’s my favourite slime.” he cooed, welcoming her approach with open arms. Her bubbly personality left a strong impact, but even so, it wasn’t the least bit overwhelming, despite the contrast to his own that leaned more towards the opposite end of the spectrum. It was a pleasant surprise, to say the least.
"What can I do for you monsieur?"
”I think I'm missing the way my name rolls off the tip of your tongue.” he countered, a cheeky retort as he reached forward to twirl her stray, pink lock against his index finger, smooth to touch, soft, silken. Seth wasn’t particularly active with sexual advances, though there were times he'd let loose and indulge in the temporary pleasures of life, sober or otherwise. When it came to someone like Candy, however, it was a rarity to say no. Tall, slender, curvaceous. His gaze prowled over her porcelain features, and pounced on her striking hues, before they momentarily shifted to the shot glass now resting upon the countertop. ”The day's too bloody quiet. Kind of needed some kind of distraction, y'know.” anything that could give him a good enough excuse to step out of the house, leaving him speeding down the familiar roads of downtown on his bike. ”But you make it that much better.” Passing her the shot glass, he knocked his own against hers before it was brought to meet his lips, welcomed by saltiness that lined the rim of his glass, and the lingering sweet, sourness of the lime wedge.
His glass landed against the counter with a thud, as the pleasant burn shot up the along the back of his throat. Smooth, but fiery. ”You look like you were busy,” he raised an eyebrow, ”Found anyone worth your time yet?”

"Is that so?" She lifted a brown teasingly. His favorite slime. It was a funny thing. Her arms clasped around his neck, hooking until she practically hung her petite self against him. "Donner le ton~. I can say it ten times more; again and again." She snickered and purred, half tempted to roll her tongue against his skin. His warmth was enough to draw towards. Slowly releasing him she leaned on one foot, curving her finger against the rim of the shot glass when she slid it towards her. Tink. Her tongue grazed the sharp salts coating the edge, the liquid chasing after quick before she had a lime wedge tucked between her lips. She bit down with a smile, both suckling and eating the fruit's tender insides. "The people are too quiet. Why do you think I hang out here so often?" Sure, it was work, she liked the attention. But people here were much more inviting to approaching or being approached by strangers with occasional creeps either keeping to their corners or practically shoved by the rest of Neon's community. If they were looking for drugs, they could hang out at Nightshade or chill on the outskirts of the Captain's Deck. That was no secret.
"Oh do I~? Tu me flattes~." She clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth, turning to watch the dancing crowd and strippers she called her coworkers. The scene was exciting. And probably the closest thing she'd get to home. His question, however, managed to slightly surprise the slime. Someone with her time? She lifted her chin and smiled to him. "You wouldn't happen to be jealous of someone else taking up my time, would you Mr. Seth?" She teased. Her red gaze made its way back over the crowd. "Not at all. I have today off but I thought I'd come hang out anyway."

Kat found herself after days of insanity going through life inside a place called Neon Lights. This place seemed perfectly fitting for her after everything that had been going on. The music was loud and pulsating just like the beat of her heart. The clothes she wore might of displaced her some but in all honesty Kat felt right at home for once in some time.
As the woman made her way to the bar, a smirk lining her face as she slid a 40 to the bar tender."Enough jello shots as you can give me." That was all she had but this place would be easy for a few wallets to empty. There was a sly smirk on her face as she drank the shots back to back letting both liquor and music fill her before making her way to the dance floor. The music was loud and Kat being her usual lying self slid her hands into the pockets of the men dancing with her on occasion sliding what cash they had without them noticing. She was wise about her targets. Drunk men who's girls were either at the bar or in the bathroom. They were less likely to accuse if it meant they'd lose their girl. Easy pickens.
Sighing some Kat made her way back to the bar setting 16 dollars on the bar. "Alright... I'll take a red headed slut and a random shot of your choice. I think I got some devils on my back." The catty smile that crossed her face was something between a carnival worker and a Cheshire cat. Both seemingly up to no good. Granted she had to go to work later but that could wait. Like anyone would notice if she was late. Then again honest work for honest pay? Really? Like she would every be happy with that life style. Her mind was still set in the Wildcard ways. Live fast die beautiful. Yeah it was more of live fast and die young but when dying young you almost always die beautiful. That's when her song came on causing Kat to lick her lips before downing her drink. Her movements took her back out to her hunting ground this time with dancing instead of trickery.
Yesterday's blind date was a big stress reliever and was really fun. So much so that Ryan, in a moment of pause up at the bar, signed himself up for another date on his phone. As he turned the screen off and slipped his device into his pocket he'd just managed to time it right as a new patron approach. She wasn't a usual customer since he would have remembered someone with an edgy taste like that but when she flashed that cash he'd return a hospitable smile right black at the lady in black. "Yeah, you got it." Ryan dipped under the counter, still able to see over it well enough though, and as he'd open one of the many mini fridges bellow and start putting out shot after shot of jello shots. There was a wide variety of flavors but all of them sweetened with the good kick of high shelf liquors. As much as she could get was only what Ryan offered, yet at the prices he was fairly certain she'd be feeling something something with what few shots their were, yet surprisingly the woman was upbeat enough to take to the dance floor.
Ryan was impressed how the woman in black was able to handle her liquor but he could admire her strut for long. Other customers began crowding the bar, asking for the bartender skills that would thrill the eyes with delight. And that's exactly what Ryan would deliver. Cocktail shaker flips and tricks amused the people as they received their drinks, many of them wowed by the flames which danced upon a shot served to a daring individual. Yet between conversation with a few businessman who came to snag a drink Ryan noticed something going on upon the dance floor. The woman in black from earlier seemed to be dancing from one guy to another and charming them rather smoothly. Ryan first thought she was just a very friendly type of woman until he noticed her slip something out of a guys back pocket. Shortly after the woman in black slipped past the man she was dancing with just before the man's true date appeared and huged that man in her drunken lush ways.
While Ryan tidied up behind the bar he began writing on a small notepad with sharp eyes glancing around at all bottles and extra stuff behind the counter. He was taking inventory of what bottles were running low or were completely out and which ingredients would need to be restocked, such as mints leaves and lemons. It was at this time the woman in black returned again, Ryan straightening up as he readied to service her. Taking the sixteen dollars and placing it in the register, Ryan's nimble finger got to work as he began pouring the jagermeister and peach schnapps over ice in a double rock glass. "Redheaded slut and a shot of vodka comin' right up." With cranberry juice being added to finish the drink, Ryan would serve up the mixer along with her shot of vodka from the well. Another thing Ryan had given the woman in black was a written note under her shot glass. The note would read as follow: "Cut me a slice of that pickpocket pie and I won't tell a soul what you're doing."
Whether or not the woman picked up the note Ryan couldn't tell. Shortly after sliding the drinks, along with the note, to the woman in black a few gentleman cane up to the bar wanting drunks. To not be rude, and to do what he's paid to do, Ryan serve drinks with a smile and chatted a little with the men as they began talking to him; Though Ryan's gaze would slip back to the crowd every once in awhile to look for that woman in black with her fine corset and intriguing collar.
