Chinami watched as Rala landed and came charging right back for more. Lykas sensed Shadow energy brewing within the Dewott for a moment but nothing happened at first. And then Rala hit. Chinami pushed back, trying not to be knocked off her feet and, at last, her own energy erupted into her surroundings as she executed a Shadow Rave. As the energy was emitted, she grabbed at Rala in an attempt to hold her in place long enough for her Shadow Rave to skewer them both. It was going to hurt, but who cared as long as she got her target?!

"We might need to..." Lykas admitted. He had no more experience with infected Pokemon than Terashi did. He couldn't deny his inexperience but, fortunately, he wouldn't need to.

"They should be fine as long as you don't let them go into Hyper Mode." Odd chirped as he made an appearance at the sidelines. "I heard you two got Pokemon infected while you were in the Fairy Realm and figured you could use some help. "I got lucky, honestly. Zygarde purified most of my Pokemon before they got too bad... but they won't kill each other as long as you keep an eye and them and recall them before they go Hyper."

Chinami's growls of hate and anger were briefly interrupted by a whimper of pain as her Shadow Rave struck her as well, digging into her own legs and midsection. Finally releasing the energy maintaining it, she used Copycat to duplicate Rala's Thunder Punch and met the electrified fist with her own, howling in pain as she felt the electricity coursing through her both from Rala and from her own paws. Despite the pain, she pushed to overpower Rala, figuring maybe a taste of her own medicine would make the Gardevoir stop relying on the move.

4/10 Hyper Mode

Chinami growled in irritation when Rala turned her focus away from her but, when her opponent ended up attacking herself, she charged a fistful of Dark energy and rushed in with another Assurance, hoping to use the fact she'd just attacked herself to trigger the doubled power of the move.

Lykas wanted to smile at the thought of Rala still being there, masked by the virus but it hurt to think that. He knew that if she was conscious beneath it, she must be hating herself right now. Chinami was probably thinking the same if she was still in there.

4/10 Hyper Mode

Chinami's attack was cut short by the blast of lightning loosed in her direction. While she's never considered the stuff as a solid object before, it certainly left her being launched backwards afterward, though that seemed to be caused by the convulsing of her muscles resulting in an involuntary backwards leap as her legs stiffened all at once.

Landing hard on the ground a short distance away, she rolled for a moment before clambering back to her feet and glaring at Rala before she charged forward once again, Shadow energy welling up within her as she unleashe a Shadow Break of her own, attempting to ram the Gardevoir into the wall and lay into her with her tiny, clenched paws.

8/10 Hyper Mode

Chinami, pelted by the leaves from Rala's attack, slowly came to a halt, unable to see what she was doing or where she was going through the assault before she ever reached the Psychic-type. Panting by now, Chinami's body began to give off a faint white glow tainted by shadowy slivers of viral energy as she attempted to pull off a Trump Card, unleashing her last resort toward Rala with a wave of Normal-type energy that dwarfed any of her previous attacks.

8/10 Hyper Mode

Chinami grunted and growled as she was grabbed by the Psychic, struggling to free herself from her foe's psionic grasp. Unable to do so by brute force alone, she surrounded her entire being in Dark energy, utilizing Assurance in an effort to break the psychic grip and sending the condensed energy racing toward Rala afterward in an attempt to strike back, panting even harder after that.

"Do you two think you should keep going for much longer?" Odd asked Lykas at this point. "Chinami's already used two Shadow attacks... If she uses another one, she's likely to enter Hyper Mode and you won't be able to stop her rampaging without completely knocking her out at that point."

Lykas considered Odd's words for a moment before looking to Terashi. "He's right. It took all I had to recall her when she went there in the Fairy Realm before she went on a complete rampage." He told Terashi. "Do you want to risk letting them go much longer?"

"Sure." Lykas nodded, pulling out the Pokeball he'd released Chinami from and recalling her to it before she could complete her attack and hurling a Will-o-Wisp into the path of her previous attack to stop it before it could strike Rala. No point riling her up any further.

Veronica stopped by the training room to get her two tinys going on their needed work out. She sent out her Mudkip, Pisces, and her Zorua, Cosmo. That's when she noticed the Zorua couldn't be more than a foot tall and that the Mudkip really was tiny and soooo cute. The two of them immediately started to get to know each other and play. Veronica sat by and watched for a few minutes. "Today," she announced to grab their attention. The Zorua stared but kept trying to play. Pisces on the other hand, wanted to pay strict attention to Veronica - if only Cosmo would stop being so silly. "Today you two are gonna have a friendly battle to see how you do. It's just practice." She explained. Cosmo started to pay attention when she said battle. His ears perked up with a grin.
"Mud!" Pisces also seemed pleased that his training would continue. He wanted to make Veronica proud some day.
"Okay, each of you, uh," she tried to find a way to organize them. "Give each other some space." The Zorua jumped back. Cosmo was really fast. The Mudkip took multiple tiny jumps back like a frog. So. Cute. "Ok, new comers first, Zorua, go ahead and pratice an attack." Cosmo nodded and a crackling darkness started to form around the Zorua as it used a weaker version of Night Daze to push the Mudkip back. Pisces had good balance though and wasn't knocked down. "..what was that move?" Veronica whispered to herself. She had never seen a dark move like that in her years of missions.
"Go on, Pisces, your turn." The Mudkip jumped forward and used Water Gun. Despite the small sized, the pressure of the shot made Cosmo fall back with a cry. Cosmo angrily got back up, running back and forth in an act to use Nasty Plot. Veronica widen her eyes, unaware of what this new critter of hers could do.
Pisces didn't want to waste time, and the Zorua wouldn't stop being so silly and moving, so he used Yawn to get Cosmo drowsy. Cosmo realized he would only have one more shot left... he gathered his dark energy again, but he started to feel worn out. It seemed that using Night Daze took far too much energy than the small pokemon could manage. He stopped and instead opened his mouth and gathered a ball of ghostly energy. Cosmo sent out a Shadow Ball that made a critical hit on the Mudkip. This time, Pisces was thrown back onto the ground. However, Cosmo fell asleep shortly after. Pisces got back up, with his leg in pain, and used Water Gun twice in a row before Cosmo woke up.
They were both starting to get in bad shape. "Okay, you win Pisces. Let's get you two healed up." She called them back. But Zorua popped back out of his pokeball.
"Zo!!" he proclaimed, keeping his head held high. It seemed as though he was toughing it out.
"We still have to get you healed up." Veronica crossed her arms and picked up the Zorua. Cosmo appeared shocked when Veronica picked him up, although her embrace was a nice feeling. She left to go heal them.
