ElladanKenet Proof Microsoft has the best lawyers: Bungie gets to pull out. Make their own decisions, no Big brother, etc. Microsoft gets Halo and the rights to publish all Bungie games. Essentially, Bungie gets nothing. God damn it!! You know, I used to respect what they did with Halo: Great story, awesome music, and notable advancements to the realm of FPS. Now its ********. Royally ********.

He's little more than a figurehead who physically owns the majority of the stocks and is ******** rich. He probably found out as an afterthought out of the company memo. Still, Bungie is the source of the material. They still get to look over the 1st drafts of all scripts. They also still have rights to the games themselves, just not anything else. They better hope Halo 3 keeps making money for a good few years.
