Loki looked up to Bruce when the man spoke telling him that he would have plenty of people helping him get healthy again. When the man suggested that they take him somewhere to rest and relax the god nodded. He felt exhausted already even if it was merely just after breakfast. Blinking in surprise when Tony reached out a hand to him he frowned at the man's words. He was all ready to protest against it when he had an idea. *Only if you promise to eat.* Loki countered. Tony would need food to help rebuild his magic but he needed food in general too.

Tony saw how hesitant Loki was in taking up his offer and was about to pull his hand back when Loki spoke. Frowning slightly, he gave Loki a hard look before glancing at the plate that Bruce had set down. He didn’t want to eat. But Loki needed to take his magic, needed to get better. Tony was silent for a long time before he finally gave a small nod. He’d eat a little if it meant Loki would just do what he needed to improve.

Loki gave a soft smile to Tony's hard look but didn't flinch back. He watched Tony glance at the food and then back to him. When the man finally nodded Loki gave a relieved smile. *It will help replenish your magic and what your body needs.* Loki stated before reaching out a hand as Tony had knowin the man would expect him to take the magic now.

Tony just made a face at Loki’s words. Watching Loki reach out to him, Tony slowly took Loki’s hand, unable to stop the hitch in his breath that came from the instant pull on his magic. He didn’t have very much, even after the time since he’d touched Loki last. His magic obviously recovering very sluggishly, but it was also exactly what the babies were needing. As soon as the last ounce of Tony’s magic was drained, he pulled his hand back and sank into his chair again.

Loki watched as Tony slowly took his hand. Loki couldn't begin to hide the gasp that was pulled from him when Tony took his hand. He hadn't been awake the previous times magic had been shifted between them. The sudden surge of magic no matter how little in comparison to what Tony normally had, had Loki arching a slight bit his body surging with it for a moment. When Tony pulled away Loki slumped back in the wheelchair breathing. *Thank you.* Loki breathed.

Tony gave a small nod to the thanks, scrubbing his face slightly to fight the sudden tiredness that came with the drain of his magic. “Just get some rest.” He said slowly. Bruce smiled slightly and stepped forward to wheel Loki out of the lab. Waiting for them to be out and the doors to close behind him, he gave Loki’s shoulder a pat. “Well that wasn’t as bad as it could have been.” He said slowly. Taking Loki upstairs, he took him right to the room he’d shared with Tony. The room was much like loki had left it. Tony had made sure not to touch any of Loki’s things, and in fact had moved some things around in a way that Loki preferred. A layer of dust showed that Tony was rarely in the room however. “I think you’ll be a little more comfortable here than in the infirmary.”

Loki nodded when Tony told him to get some rest. He didn't say anything more as Bruce wheeled him out of the lab, he didn't know what to say. Looking up when Bruce gave his shoulder a pat once they were out of the lab and telling him it wasn't as bad as it could have been he nodded once more. It was true that it wasn't as bad as it could have been. Loki had feared much more anger from Tony and that the man didn't want him anymore. Looking up when he noticed they were not heading to the infirmary Loki gave Bruce a quizzical look until they entered the room that he and Tony used to share. Loki pressed himself more firmly to the chair sure that he wasn't supposed to be in the room even with his things having not been touched. Loki had had his own room when they first started and while he had advanced to sharing a room quickly he knew this was not where he was supposed to be. This was Tony's bedroom now and would continue to be until he was invited back in. Shaking his head at Bruce when the man said that he thought he would be more comfortable in there. *This is Tony's room.* he stated.

Bruce shook his head slightly at Loki’s words. “This was your room with him. And he doesn’t use it anymore. He sleeps in the lab.” Bruce replied. “this room was partially designed for your comfort, you’re things are so you don’t have to worry about going too far for things you want, and since it’s not a guest room, it has sitting area, so you can move around a bit more.” Bruce added. “You should stay here.”

Loki frowned when Bruce shook his head at his words. He didn't care that Tony didn't sleep in the room anymore, it was his room, his house. He couldn't deny that it was designed for his comfort and that his things were within the room. Still he didn't feel right about it staying within the room but some how he knew there would be little use in arguing with Bruce so he simply nodded. He would work out what to do about it later.

Bruce saw the look in Loki’s eyes and shook his head as he moved to the bed, moving the covers and pillows around so Loki would be comfortable. “Just try it for a few days. If you aren’t comfortable here, then we’ll see about moving you to another room.” He said slowly. Coming back over and locking the wheelchair, he helped Loki up and got him to walk from the sitting room to the bedroom, knowing he needed to stretch, but also there to help support him.

Loki watched Bruce as he moved towards the bed moving the pillows and covers. It looked so lonely without Tony in it or nearby. Still Bruce was asking him to try it for a few days and if he wasn't comfortable after that they would see about moving him. Loki tried for a smile but failed and merely nodded. He didn't see how he could be comfortable without Tony but he didn't say so as Bruce came back and fiddled with the chair. He let the doctor help him to his feet which still felt weak and unsure under him but he walked with the man. His leg mostly healed took out the real possibility of pain making him fall, so all he had to deal with now was the weakness in his limbs that would hopefully go away. *Thank you.* Loki thanked when he sat on the bed.

Bruce was patient and careful as Loki moved, observing him and taking note of how he moved and how he could be helped. When Loki thanked him, Bruce smiled. “You don’t have to thank me.” He said, going to the bathroom and getting a glass of water to set on the nightstand. “If you need anything just get JARVIS to call me. We’ll get you up for lunch and if you feel up to it, maybe you can sit down with Natasha this afternoon for some stretching exercises. Might help you start getting some strength back. And it’s better than you sitting in bed and wasting away.” He suggested lightly.

Loki nodded when bruce said that he didnt have to thank him. He had known bruce would thank him. He watched the man go into the bathroom and retrieve a glass of water. He nodded again when bruce said that if he needed anything to ask JARVIS to call him. He doubted he would utilize that but it was good to know. Lunch sounded like a distant thing and even sitting with Natasha for stretching, not that he knew what that entailed. The mention of him sitting on the bed and wasting away had him smiling bitterly. He had heard that before from Eir. It had never sounded like a bad plan to him. *That sounds fine.* Loki hummed.

Bruce crossed his arms as he looked at Loki. “I know it’s hard, but things will get better, and they’ll get easier.” He said gently. “I imagine Fenrir and Kalani will drop in at some point. I’ll tell them not to wake you up if you’re asleep.” He said, making sure Loki had everything he might want before slipping out of the room with a reminder for Loki to rest if he felt sleepy.

Loki looked up to Bruce when the man told him he knew it was hard but that things would get better and easier. Loki still wasnt sure he believed it but he nodded anyway. At the thought of both Fenrir and Kalani visiting him he perked up a bit. He hadn't really seen either at breakfast, they had been there but talking with others. He nodded when bruce continued to say that he would tell them not to wake him if he was asleep. With a slight wave he watched as bruce left the room and left him alone. Loki looked around the room seeing it much as he had left it but it didn't hold the same warm feelings it had before. Now it seemed empty and lonely with its layer of dust and absence of tony. Sadness welled in Loki's chest as he peered around the room. It wasn't his anymore at least not really and he felt like an intruder in a world he didn't deserve. Laying down with those thoughts on the edge of the bed he curled up.
