Personality: Kleo is soft-spoken, never raising her voice beyond a stern tone. She's calm and level-headed in any situation, making her an essential Historian, as she doesn't flinch when taking in information, no matter how bad. Kleo is polite when speaking to anyone, and possesses very good manners. However, she is quietly strong-willed and can be stubborn at times. Her patience often runs thin when speaking to someone she deems to be not on her level; not in the sense of equality, but more in a sense of deep frustration when someone becomes confused by her. For example, someone who asks her to "speak normally" and not use large words that she is accustomed to using, or someone who subtly flirts with or teases her, telling her to "lighten up". Bards especially get on her nerves.
Having such an amazing memory is both a good thing and bad thing in Kleo's point of view. It's good because it means she can do her job and help her Lord and Lady, but it's bad because it causes her to hold mild grudges over silly things. Kleo will remember every not-so-good thing anyone has done, whether it was bumping into her (even if they apologize), staring at her for too long and making her uncomfortable, asking personal questions that she doesn't wish to answer, or even seeing someone slacking from their duties. Kleo will remember every mildly-bad trait about anyone she's ever met, and automatically recall those memories each time she sees the individual. All these things make it difficult for the lioness to communicate and bond with others. It is a deep secret the lioness carries that she is in fact very, very lonely at times because of these things, however "okay" she seems. She is, however, slowly learning to cope with these things and look past others' flaws to see their positive sides.
To those of the West House, Kleopatra is seen as an almost solemn creature, seeming wise beyond her years; smart, quick to recall things, does as she's asked, very polite, but she's not at all humorous or of buoyant nature. Sure, she smiles sometimes, but there are times when her expression shifts for a split second, as if a mask has fallen, and her face looks truly pensive, troubled and sad.
