"It hurts you, right? Speak more of your mind."
He began to rub his hand on her shoulder.

"Of course it does...it feels like a part of me died...I took care of her ever since she was little and i watched her grow. She was not only like my sister, but like my own child...How would you feel if you found out your child was killed...murdered..." Lillian spoke in a low voice her voice cracking as she was trying not to cry again...it hurt when she cried.

"I can't really talk, I was abandoned by my parents. No siblings, uncles, aunties, cousins, nor grandparents."
He laid back and stared into the sky.
"The only people in my life are my late-Master...and you...What about you?"

"I see. I guess it would be bad if I turned up missing, huh?"
He said this half-joking but also half-serious about it.

Lillian frowned and shook her head, "What would i have left in life if you did?" She then dropped her feet into the water not caring if her boots and socks got wet.

"..."
Montique stared at her, he was brought to a pause because of what she said, how she said it, and her facial expression when she said it.
"I wouldn't have anything at all, but you..."
He was leaning closer to her by pure instinct.

Lillian looked at him then at the water again and watched as a duck jumped in disturbing the peace of the liquid causing ripples to disperse throughout the lake.

Lillian watched as the duck swim toward them. She smiled slightly and looked down to see her legs in the water. She sighed and stood up her boots soaked.

"You didn't say much but at least we made some progress, right?"
He smiled gently at her before standing up as well and reaching for her hand. He had a bit of an odd idea going through his mind. He was sure it would make a splash.
(lol kind of obvious what he's planning)

"Too late!"
He grabbed Lillian's hand and pulled her over to him just as he hopped into the water with a loud splash. The water was somewhat a mix of cold and hot temperatures at one time.
