Two/three years ago artists could charge a budnle for artwork for pics because they knew PSP programs and such and could draw good...now prices went downhill after kids like me got off our asses and started to draw and learn computer colouring, pencil shading and the rest...anybody can crack it if they give it a hard enough smack
