Des Voh Ral Roke Des Voh The sad part is, I still cant get a job. Aside, I bet prices in your parts are skyrocketing. For what? Land? Not too many people want to move out in no man's land. No, retail, products and services. What makes you say that?

Not too many people want to move out in no man's land. No, retail, products and services. What makes you say that? Because it is in most areas of the country. Starbucks is even cutting prices and closing stores, trying to steady themselves for the economic difficulties of this new year.

Places still close down, don't make that mistake, but there's a lower cost of living that evens that out a little. plus there are a few big towns that are growing well enough.

What do you mean? Almost everyone in a town like this has a job. That and the cattle feeder industry has been doing well of late. Of coarse that will change a little as corn prices keep skyrocketing.

Hm, I'm not familiar with the economic system over in your parts.
Products in my area are really moving up, some at least 50cents in the last week, and the week before. That and stocks are even being kept in check. Especially with Wal-Mart.
But I was speaking gross products, not individual market-movers like farm products.

The local area is full of cattle feeders. I swear you can't go a couple miles in the country with out going past another cattle feeder operation.

Tornadoes dont help much either. I know a few people who had property damaged in the last couple twister seasons.

Once March and April roll around, I'm sure tornadoes will be acting silly around here as well.

Last year was the first time in a long time that there area didn't suffer from a drought, though the Panhandle still suffered from one. Another concern around here even though almost everyone has irrigation now.
