Drats! Just as she was coming away with the ball and tossing it to Brianna, Roxanne stole it in mid air. Hes was about to try to steal it back when she saw Zack from Gryffindor aim a bludger at her. At the last moment, Kasimir flew it and smacked it away from her. "Thanks Kas!" the preteen called out, then she leaned forward on her broom and made an attempt to steal the ball back

Maybe it was Kasimir's redirected bludger, maybe it was just luck, but as Hes reached for the quaffle, it seemed like the ball just slipped out of Roxanne's possession. Hes pulled the ball against her and turned on the Gryffindor goal posts. The preteen leaned forward on her broom and took off towards the other side of the field.

Roxie knew she'd messed up when the quaffle vanished from her hands. Tears sat on her lashes as her free hand rubbed the painful spots on her now fractured arm. With a deep breath, the green eyes focused in and Roxie pushed after. She was going to get the quaffle through the goals. These were facts. The blonde dove after, reaching out with her non-dominant hand in hopes to steal back from the Slytherin.
