I like eel sushi, but some sushi I've had it just tasted like watery cucumber. In Chicago we went to this smancy Japanese place where you sat on bamboo mats. and I put salt on my sushi and the chef, who was right in front of me got really angry. redface My fave is ragatoni. baked with meatballs.
