Tazamia Taipa, or Taz as she prefers to be called, is best described as a tornado. She's everywhere at once, always needing to be doing something or else she's automatically bored. She's an intelligent lioness, but this isn't always obvious since she isn't exactly the most articulate of creatures. Taz likes to be in charge, and likes to make sure everyone is listening and loves her above anything else - she's rather selfish, although she herself doesn't realize it. She's inwardly extremely paranoid that everyone really hates her and just don't want to tell her to her face. She's easily insulted, and gets very, very stroppy very, very quickly.

Tazamia Taipa was born to a mated pair, just after they joined the Ela'wadiyi pride. A'lora and Nashorme chose the surname Taipa for their children, starting the Taipa family line. Taz grew up curious of everything, and quickly struck up a friendship with the quiet, willing-to-follow Sunali Kanati, also in the Bird Clan. The friendship works well, mainly because Taz wants to lead and Sunny more than happy to follow.

Teleza acts a lot like Taz's mother, scolding her when she does something wrong and praising her when she does something right. Teleza calls herself Tazamia's conscience - and that just about sums the pair up.
