Alessandra watched nervously as the game proceeded. If she'd been human, she would have used tiredness as an excuse to opt out. But she didn't need sleep anymore... "My brain cells are still running dry," she said aloud.

Aysel looked down, know if she didn't tell anyopne it would make her explode.
"It burned down, killing my parents along with it," she whispered barely loud enough for them to hear. She waved her hand near the upper half of her right arm and a dark burn scar appeared.

"Oh, Aysel, come here." Mirri,having changed out of the bathing suit and back into more normal clothes, pulled Aysel into a hug, something she seemed to be doing more and more often. "You found us, you don't have to worry about it now." She said soothingly.

Alessandra giggled as Mirri obviously heard something in Aysel's mind, but was ordered not to talk about it. Her friend's face was all twisted up, and if she'd been human she'd probably be flushed.
