Whether it was with Grisha or his parents, Micha would have to forgive him. He wanted to wait a bit before having dinner with anyone other than him. He thought it was important that they first try to make it a week or longer with one another, before announcing to the world they were back together. Though it might be a little late for such announcements with Grisha since Samuel had already spilled the beans. But it wasn't like he gave away everything. He wouldn't be surprised if Grisha wanted to know more about the man Micha was claiming to be his. It was normal...well, maybe not to the extent he had gone. Still, the thought was there. Out of all that had happened this morning, he was happy to have stuck around long enough for Micha to put things right. He didn't want to think what might have happened otherwise.
Samuel sat contently as they agreed to keep staying in as their second option. As much as he disliked going out in the rain, he wanted to spend the day with the male and share things with him. A little rain wouldn't kill him, after all. With the arrival of their food, Samuel began fixing his food to his liking. He ignored the way Micha eyed him. Though he did not say anything, his watchful gaze told him all he needed to know. He seemed to stare at him the same way Samuel judged the way Micha fixed up his coffee. It just reminded him not to try and share his food if the male did not like what he put on it. But to him, it was perfect. He cut into the fluffy, moist pancakes and began to eat his food. He remained quiet while he took a few more bites, taking more of the pancakes as well as some of the eggs and sips of coffee. "So what part of down do you want to go shopping in first?" he asked curiously. Samuel was only really familiar with Manhattan and some of Brooklyn, but he didn't mind having Micha show him around other parts of the city if he wished. It might be fun being dragged around like it was his first time.

Staying in sounded wonderful, he would rather spend his time out in public with Samuel. Micha wanted to spend time with him, he didn’t care where. He knew it was too early, for them to be meeting each other’s so called family, but still the thought was there. Perhaps in a few months, when they were actually established as a couple again. It was too early to tell, and he didn’t want to get his hopes up or Samuel’s either.
Micha didn’t hate pancakes, he actually liked them, minus the butter. He wasn’t a fan of it, as he continued eating. Micha glanced toward Samuel as he questioned him. He shrugged slightly at his words. ”I usually go shopping in Queens sometimes but we can go to Time Square?” Micha spoke thinking about where he wanted to go shopping. He had never really been to Time Square, it was such a tourist trap but he couldn’t help himself. Micha continued eating as he sat there watching Samuel, whom seemed to be enjoying his breakfast.

A couple of months ought to be long enough before making any announcements. It would certainly put a better estimate on where they stood as a couple. As well of what sort of direction they wanted to take things. Samuel of course knew that he would eventually want to move in with Micha and think about their future. He could hope that it was the same for Micha, but he didn't want to rush things. Besides, such things could wait, they were months off from needing to making those kind of decisions.
Samuel went on to eat his breakfast while simultaneously questioning the male. He watched the male shrug before speaking. Samuel wasn't particularly picky about where they went, but if there was somewhere Micha wanted to go that was fine. He listened to the male speak about where he normally shopped. He wasn't surprised that he normally kept to Queens. After all, it was the neighborhood he seemed to prefer. When the male went on to mention Times Square, he smiled a bit. He hadn't been there in years. There were always so many people and clueless tourist. "If you want, I don't mind going to both. Do you have any favorite stores?" he continued. Samuel reached out and picked up his mug again. He took yet another sip of the bitter liquid.

Jepsen didn’t know how long he had planned on staying over. It wasn’t his intention in the first place to stay too long. He had been worried about Ally. Jepsen didn’t mind if Ally kicked him out, after all he could respect that. After all if he was overstepping his bounds, by enjoying muffins and coffee with him, then he could leave. Jepsen didn’t want to seem like he was in the way. He didn’t have a lot of plans today anyways. Jepsen merely had gone out for breakfast, but ended back at Ally’s house and ******** him.
He didn’t want things to be awkward between them after this. Jepsen didn’t need Ally, his boss, tip toying around the fact that they had sex. He didn’t expect much from it, but it wasn’t like it could be ignored either. Jepsen wasn’t going to dwell on it though. It might have been just a one time thing between them. He knew they weren’t a couple, hell he barely knew the man. Jepsen though wasn’t going to treat Ally like s**t, like Liam had however after this, but he wasn’t going to treat him like some possessive lover either.

The idea of playing tourist didn’t bother him, it actually sounded fun. There was still some places in New York he had never been, but wanted to visit. Micha enjoyed exploring that was one his favorite things, even in Germany, he was never home. He would spend his hours at night exploring the city, because he loved the old buildings. Micha wished he could just backpack across the countries, taking pictures and drawing everything he saw. Even if the memories were bad, he still wanted to visit Paris again. He wanted to see the Louvre, and clique things like the Eiffel Tower.
As he continued to eat, he listened as Samuel questioned him. Micha shrugged at his words. ”Not really, I haven’t been to Time Square so I don’t know what’s there.” He spoke not really having a certain place he wanted to go. Micha merely just wanted to explore the area. He continued eating his sandwich, munching on his fries too as he sat there.

He knew that initially it was never Jepsen's plan to overstay his welcome. Alaine took full responsibility for keeping him this long. After all, it was his idea that they get together to spite Liam in the first place. Honestly, he wondered what a guy like Jepsen even saw in someone like him. He wasn't much to look at, his job skill were 'meh' at best, and he couldn't even handle a simple break-up on his own. That was a bit sad in his thinking. He didn't mind if Jepsen wanted to hang out a little longer. He rather liked having him here.
When the time did come they part ways, Alaine didn't think that Jespsen needed to worry. He may have been his boss, but he never saw the reason to be ashamed of sleeping with someone. Would Jepsen tiptoe around him if he was just another bartender? Probably not. So why should being his boss be any different. All because they weren't a couple? That may be true, but it didn't mean they couldn't still be friends. He didn't know much about Jepsen, but he did like him. He was great company, an excellent listener, and didn't seem to mind that he was...unusual. It was nice just being able to relax and be himself for once. There were often times he didn't really feel that way with Liam. It was like walking on eggshells all day long.

It had been ages since Abel had done something touristy in his hometown. Half the time he sort of forgot that he was living in one of the biggest tourist cities of the world. He had long grown used to the absurd amount of people. He didn't even question anymore who was a tourist and who actually lived here. Samuel didn't mind exploring the city. He remembered enjoying quite a bit in his younger days and still enjoyed it every now and again. He especially enjoyed the idea of exploring with Micha. They never did get to go around like they said they would in Paris. He wondered if Micha would ever want to go back and try again. The whole month that he was there, he never tried going out by himself. He simply stuck to a strict work schedule and never took in the sights, never really tasted the food. It no longer mattered to him after Micha left. It was as though the city of lights had been drained of all its color and wonder.
Samuel questioned the male again while he ate. He would shut up eventually, but first he wanted to get his questions out of the way. As he took a sip of coffee, he watched the male shrug and listened to him speak. He found it surprising that Micha had never been. "Seriously?" he asked dumbfounded. If he remembered right, Micha had lived in the city for some time before they met. He wondered how he had never been down to Times Square. For most people, it was like a right of passage and a first stop as soon as they got to the city. It was likely the biggest tourist attraction in the world. It was downright odd to hear someone say they'd been to New York but completely bypassed such an attraction. Turning back to his food, Samuel picked up his fork and continued on eating. He wasn't going to bother the man for much longer. Now that they had some kind of heading, he was rather looking forward to spending the day with him. Even if he was going to look like a drenched rat by the end of it.

When it came to exploring and doing something touristy, he had to agree. Going alone was really boring. He had tried a few times once he got older, but eventually gave on the idea. It just felt weird to be standing alone in a line while being surrounded by couples, families, and other large groups. He listened to the male speak, agreeing with his words. "When you put it like that I can see your point." he replied, smiling. Samuel didn't mind being Micha's tourist buddy. It might be fun rediscovering his hometown. With no more questions in mind, Samuel concentrated on eating. He took his time enjoying his food and sipping his coffee until once more his mug was empty.

Samuel rather liked the idea of going around with Micha. They didn't get out enough, and rain or shine, he wanted to spend some quality time with him. Let them bond a little and maybe learn a bit about one another. It could be fun. He also didn't mind the idea of going back to Paris. At the time, it seemed fruitless, given all that had happened. But maybe after a little time, reconnecting, they could take that trip they had dreamed over. They could visit the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, the catacombs, and take him somewhere nice and romantic for dinner. As he continued eating, he soon finished off his eggs and coffee, setting the mug to the side. Even if given more, he likely wouldn't drink it. He didn't need so much caffeine in one day. He didn't bother Micha with anymore questions as he ate his pancakes one bite at a time.
Close to half an hour passed when he finished eating. At some point the waitress had refilled their mugs and left their bill at the end of the table. When Samuel was finished eating, he leaned back in his chair, and glanced towards the windows. The rain was coming down just as steadily as when they came in. He glanced towards Micha, wondering if he might be done as well. Since Micha had agreed to foot the bill, Samuel did not bother getting out his wallet. He didn't even want to look at the check. For once, he was going to let Micha take care of everything.
