I say give Dr. Doom a week.
He will control not just the known Galaxy, but Wild Space, the Unknown Regions, the Rishi Maze and the other Satellite Galaxy.
He will also have Palpantine made into his personal court jester.

General Grievous wasnt that cool in the Movie either.
The Camera doesnt just add ten pounds, but it also adds suckitude.

Missing nin Itachi No Question Lupin, he isnt foiled by a bunch of kids. True, but he's been in jail before, and often utilizes the help of others, whereas ACME Detective agency has yet to bind Carmen behind bars.
