what must one do to start a Wi-Fi Clan?

Since the tournament involves creating a team from scratch, we were given a month to prepare a team, so of course it's not over.
I have no idea about the clans, though. I guess you just find a bunch of people who are interested.

I was in something like that before. Our leader asked the guild captain for permission and she ended up giving him a whole subforum for it. It doesn't last very long, though, if you don't have an actual purpose for your team.
