SuperDuperRockLee tracedsilver9 Sacchariferous: containing or yielding sugar. Ha, this is quite possibly one of the most amusing words to say aloud. Hn. I suppose it roots from saccharin, which is --I believe-- 100 times sweeter than sugar. Am I correct, or does anyone know? Well, I know 'sacchar' means sugar. I think it's usually part of more technical terms, like saccharide. I think that -in is probably a suffix of some sort but I am not absolutely certain.

Well, that certainly isn't me. rolleyes
And yes, Saccar- can mean a sugar chain. I'll find the Lewis Structure Diagram for it later.

DarkElf27 Bah, I get my words from reading. No better way to expand your vocabulary than to simply extrapolate (Theres a word for ya) definitions from the context. That's where I get almost all of my words! Douroucouli: a nocturnal new world monkey.
