YAY! I fixed my internet! (I hope....)

It's been crazy for the past month and now recently it got worse. -.- Actually, my internet connection isn't the problem(I hope) but Firefox was. Downloads didn't work(well, they did, but only if it was direct downloading and not 'save as' where you have to type in a file name and chose where it dls to. Also, that 'download manager' stayed blank, even if I actually got a download to work.) and a couple days ago, all of my bookmarks disappeared. O.O Not to mention the internet would just STOP working every few hours and wouldn't work again until I restarted my computer.

Not that my computer can restart, though. It just stays for HOURS on that blue 'your computer is shutting down screen'. -.- *annoyance* So to turn it off, I have to hold the on/off button and I can't do it the way that you're supposed to, which I'm sure is bad for my computer.

.....I hope I'm still under warranty. I should be for another month at least. Maybe.
