But if you want the Rebel Alliance, go and Harrass the Community. The're a bunch of rebels seeking to form a united front against the Sith by getting worlds to join their cause. They've yet to find the Core Forces.

And yes, Fel is "Dead". Bastion is now part of Krayt's Sith Empire.
