So....Jackie Chan vs. Jet Li.
I guess I'll see how that goes tomorrow.

The Forbidden Kingdom commercials are kinda weird.
On CN, any time prior to 11 PM:
" We can fight each other when it's over. "
After 11 PM:
" We can kill each other when it's over. "
My question is: Why even have that scene and spend the money to have it editted to start with? I figured it'd be easier to just show a different scene entirely.

What gets me is how a rap song that says " b***h " 20+ times in it is fine, but they'll censor something else that only says it maybe once.

The " kill " one is really bad. You can't even say it in a non-violent context like " kill time " even.
Hell? No. ( pun ) Didn't know that one.
Men At Work
" Yeah, I know what you're thinking. You're thinking we got us another crazy black man here with a gun. "
Guess what? Now they cut out " black " in that line. Even worse, it's a black guy saying it, so it even defies that " We're black, so we can say it. " thing.

Saw the movie tonight with friends. It's not too bad if you don't go in with high expectations. The fight between Jet Li and Jackie Chan was pretty cool and Yifei Liu is really hot. It was $6 well spent.

high expectations? its not meant for that. Of course, my motto with movies is "its better to be delightfully surprized than horribly disgusted."

I went in fully expecting the white kid ruining the movie, which he doesn't do. in fact he spends most of the film getting the crap kicked out of him.
