I love luna moths. Unfortunetly; once he's a moth. he'll die in a a day. He won't have mouth parts; he'll be either he, or she, will mate, lay eggs, and die, within 24 hours.

So, after a computer assesment which I passed with flying colors, and an interview did great at...essentially I can have a new, great job when my background check and drug test are done. But, it figures....there's a problem. The training will have to be from 3pm-11pm everyday for two weeks. This will make homework rushed and cut my sleeping to less than I need. I don't think I could handle that for two weeks....I told them I'd get back to them about it. I finally get someone interested and there's a big obstacle. *sigh* I don't know what to do...

Diana Vulpes Saddly, that is one of the things I hear happens to some of those that choose to go through art school. I really hope it doesn't end up ruining art for you forever Kriss, you have a beautiful talent and it shouldn't go to waist. While I do not know your motives for taking the art classes to begin with, I know that most do it for the degree so they can use their skills in the professional world, typically illustration or graphic design. Hopefully when school is all said and done and you recover from the burn out you can get yourself drawing for fun again rather than thinking of it as work. Thanks for the kind words. Really I just decided to get a double major with Art and English, because I thought the art classes would be great for improving my skill. Not to say they didn't do that, but a lot of the garbage they have us do is a whaste of time. The problem is they try to structure to much. They don't really let you be creative (unless it is their version of creative in what ever style they like). It doesn't help that my love for fantasy is basicly pissed on. I'm just thankful that the English classes are a lot better. I've actually been inspired to write through a couple of the teachers. I'm just glad I'll be getting out of the art world soon. I never had any intent to do commercial art or stuck up gallery pieces. My art has always just been a way for me to put to picture my characters and story ideas. XP Nekoyaki- Good luck getting through it. Hopefully they won't completely kill your inate desire to produce art. neutral NG- you basicly said what I was going to bring up. Poor moths and their often really short lifespan. On another note I love fluffy moths (runs outside and catches random moth and starts to snuggle it.

Gasp. I know.. He'll die. ~Eyes his caccoon. But he's so cute. Well, he will be. He's kind of ugly right now. I'm worried he'll be cold, so Krys and I have to keep the apartment warm for him. He didn't wrap up in a leave like he was supposed to.

Gah... I hate my work. I am going to quit soon, whenever I find a job. I am hoping to find a nice secratary job, because I have quite a bit of experience with taking calls and writing down detailed information. I also love to work with computers. The reason why I hate work is today I got yelled at for rushing home because I got food poisoning from the company barbeque. I tried to explain it to them, but they still are writing me up for it...

Holy crap, guys. My friend Addie.. has... FOUR SUGAR GLIDERS holy crap they're so cute and fun. I spent like 15 minutes conversing with them in barks. They're like marsupial flying squirrels, lets see if google can help me here..  friggen adorable, is what they are.. heart heart heart and they hid in my shirt and crawled around and it tickled and I love them so. Kriss: Augh, well, it has to happen sometime.. *sigh*

Im thinking about taking a leave of abscence from work so I can get my life in order... Its better than me being fired, like they are threatening to do. Right now, my college is messed up... I was put on a waiting list for a class, but then I was told in a letter they sent me, that I was taken off the waiting list and put into the class. All was well, untill I tried to get my living expences check cut for me. They said I wasnt enrolled in the class. so, I must track down my math teacher, get him to sign a piece of paper, then turn it in so I can get my aid. Bleh... Plus, work is not helping with the stress... I got yelled at, again, by my supervisor because I was sick (It was their fault). Well, I have to go and think about my leave of abscence and wether I should take it, and if I do, I have to go find a payphone, because my cell is not working. X_X
Edit: I took the leave of abscence, and I also applied for an entry level desk job that pays $10.00 an hour and the best part is I work ALONE!!!!

Neat. I already have a good chunk of the story for mine already etched out and planned ahead, though I might improvise some strips based on the where and how the characters are doing things.
More than anything, I want to focus the the comic on the characters, which is odd enough, as the comic itself revolves more around action and "what's going on".
Also, no matter how hard it is, I need to shake off some of the "Japanese Anime" look on my characters, namely for faces. I want to try something slightly more real looking, while still borderlining the aformentionned style for it's simplicity and expressions.

Went to the doctor's today. Found out I had a calve muscle ache, and now I have another prescription. Oh, and I found out that I have warts on my fingers instead of just calluses. He tried to freeze em off (burned like a sonofabitch), and it doesn't look like they've changed any.....I dunno...thought that when they were froze they sorta could be broken off the skin like scabs. o.o He says they're really big ones, so if they don't fall off or something he'll have to schedule a visit to a dermatologist for me and I'll have to get them removed with a scalpel. A SCALPEL! Oh God, I dunno.....I hate surgery....it was bad enough having to go in to get my wisdom teeth out, how the hell am I going to handle getting parts of my flesh cut off of my hand!? I DON'T REACT WELL TO BLOOD AND PAIN!!!! crying
