Kaitaia gets full IC RP and basket rights for any baskets from any and all breedings. She may also enter into any other ventures excluding me (1/3) with her without asking my permission.

I (1/3) will not enter into any of the above with her without speaking with Kait first / obtaining agreement.

Any remaining non invasive RP rights (sig, teepee, OOC RP, etc...) are shared.

If either party disappears from the face of the earth and it's reasonable to do so either of us may remove the missing person from the agreement.

Old Agreement

RP rights
Both have OOC and IC RP rights.
Stats can be in Kara Asumie's and ATh e a r t's teepees.
Karei can be displayed in ATh e a r t's teepee in any way.

Breeding Rights
Both owners Agreed on a lifemate. Ren'ai owned by Kara Asumie
So ATh e a r t has basket rights to all breedings.

Others
Both have sig rights.
Both have Familiar attachment rights.
If ATh e a r t were to disappear without notice/contact, full ownership will be reverted back to Kara Asumie
The above statement does not work in reverse.

Wolife obtains full breeding rights on the condition that Aras stay mated to Cheepi.

Others
Both have sig/display rights.
LOLTERNATIVE can break this agreement at any time.
If Wolfie is absent from gaia for more than 3 months without contact, full ownership reverts back to LOLTERNATIVE.

Sig/Display Rights
Kamiki and hyperbiblious both can display Delia in sigs

RP Rights
Kamiki retains all RP rights for Delia

Stats and Teepee Rights
As Kamiki is retaining RP rights for Delia, Kamiki will house Delia (and her stats) on her teepee

Major Life Decisions
Only Kamiki can commit Delia to Lifemating, Skinwalkers, or other major life-altering events

Breeding Rights
1st Breeding: hyperbiblious has full rights to Delia's first breeding. hyperbiblious will pick her partner, and does not need Kamiki's permission to enter Delia into breeding raffles. Kamiki will not receive a basket from this breeding.

2nd & 3rd Breedings: Kamiki has full rights

Termination of Co-Ownership Agreement
Kamiki can terminate the co-ownership of Delia at any time, for any reason.
hyperbiblious cannot transfer her ownership of Delia, nor can she remove Kamiki as a co-owner for any reason.

I agree to the above terms, but not without s'more squeeing and fangirling!

I am breaking this due to lack of activity from hyperbiblious. Full ownership rights revert back to me.
