Red blinked and chuckled lightly as he watched her suck down the wine. He hadn't really seen anyone do that before. Most of the people he knew who drank wine sipped at it. He took a few sips of his own then bit off another pieces of the meat, savoring it's flavor for a moment before swallowing it. He filled her glass again and smiled.

Also, Pulirium had hardly been exposed to much wine or strong drink even. "This does taste very good." She ate more of the meat and brought out one of the small cakes. She broke it in half and gave half to him. "What if we both feed each other a half... at the same time?"

Red chuckled lightly and took the piece of cake. "I don't know. Will something magical happen and we both turn into cake eating fairies?" His ears twitched slightly as he looked down at the cake. It really would be interesting if that happened but he knew that wouldn't.

He sighed lightly and shook his head. Obviously she didn't get that he was just playing around. Red continued to look down at the piece of cake then looked up at her as she moved around. "I was just being silly really."

Her eyes bent into a mellow glee, and she quickly shoved the whole piece of cake into his mouth while he was trying to talk to her. Her grin spread rather wide as she pushed it in. But, she pulled back a little bit of it that had the frosting. She took a finger from her other paw and wiped off any frosting on his face and popped it into her mouth.

Red nearly choked as the cake was shoved into his mouth. His eyes went wide and he coughed a few times. Not really expecting to have the cake shoved into his mouth. After he stopped chokeing, he swallowed what was in his mouth then cleared his throat. "Next time...warn me before you do that."

Both eyebrows went up. "ohhh.. hmm.. ok. Well sorry then...." She just figured he would have known what she was up to. He had been seeming to pick up on her fairly well. She broke the other piece of cake in half. "We can try that again?"

He smirked lightly and took the one half piece of cake. Holding it up slightly, he looked at it for a moment. Then he looked back at her and popped it into her mouth suddenly. "Ok then."

When he popped it in, she closed her mouth around his paw. Then she leaned back and ate her cake while she moved the piece she held up to give it to him.

Red chuckled lightly again as he ate the pieces of cake. This time he was ready for it. Pulling his paw back, he licked some iceing that was still on his fingers then some iceing left on his lips. "It tastes better when you can actually enjoy it."

"Yeah, but I did that to be playful. It wasn't meant to be enjoyed that time. " She just waved a paw. "But, let's just nevermind that. It was an impulse misspent." She only offered a meek smile.

Red chuckled lightly again and nodded his head. "Ok then. Lets just forget about it." His tail flicked back and forth across the blanket. Looking up, he eyed the grey clouds hanging in the sky over head then he looked down at her again with a smile.

All the overcastness of the sky started giving Pulirium this involuntary dozy effect. She slouched down on her belly on the blanket. "Suddenly, I just feel like I could go to sleep. I wonder if it really is going to rain.."

Red watched as she slouched onto her stomach. He looked up at the sky watching as the grey clouds started to form above them in the sky. Wriggling his nose, he rubbed it as a small droplet of water fell to the earth just so happened to land right on his nose. Looking back at Pulirium he smiled lightly. "Maybe we should head inside now. I think it's going to rain soon." He ran his fingers through her hair lightly as he looked down at her. His tail giveing a few flicks across the blanket.
