He knelt down with her, holding her in his arms. "Maybe we could just... run away or something..." When she wouldn't stop crying, he sighed. "I'll leave the choice up to you, my love. It is only your whim that matters to me."

"if this is my destiny, then I have to. I...I don't want to...I just..." She broke out in sobs.

He held her close. When a servant came to ask if everything was alright, he dismissed them. Then, after awhile, he said "Then let us re-write your destiny. The Stone is still out there, even if Xane isn't. We could return to the future, and start anew there. I shall slay any creature that dares to stop us."

She smiled throuth her tears, her lips wimppering with the effort. "Okey. I love you."

"I love you too. Now, we don't know where the Stone is... So me might just have to play royalty until we get it. We'll let the marriage go as planned, because we still want to get married, then ask all the knights as King and Queen to quest for it. Then, once we have it, we leave for the world of tomorrow. For now, let's just enjoy it, okay?" He wiped her tears away gently, then gave her a soft kiss.

She smiled at him, "I'll never be abl;e to thank God enough for sending you to me."

"And I'll never be able to thank you enough for saving me."

(This is the same romance stuff we do over, and over, and over again. At least denying Yoshi-sama is a break in routine, you know? I feel like this RP's going nowhere fast. I'm in the mood for something new! We need a new angle! Even Xanzibar and Marish are delightfully skewed in the head!)
