in fact..I saw it when it was still a work in progress. And besides, Ratty told me she hated Gaia because people harrassed her and felt that most of the site is full of morons. (at least..in the rest of Gaia..outside of the guild..)

I,myself, wouldn't mind if someone referenced one of my pics.. to take the actual pic without doing any work whatsover, erasing my name off (or claiming to be me), and saying they did it..now I believe that would be stealing. I'm sure Ratbat would be pissed that someone is taking her art and claiming they drew it.

Ratbat's commission rates from the last I remembered were $80 for ink and $100 for color pictures. So yes, she is expensive.

I figured it was stolen, due to the poor quality of the image. It's jpegd horribly. I imagine if someone actually drew the picture, they'd give the person a high resolution of it. I didn't want to jump to conclusions though =/

It isn't your fault though. It's people like that who steal a piece and give it to someone claiming it's a gift or something.
