I called her back and told her what she said hurt me, explained my feelings on the subject and told her she owed me apology.

That's how I deal with my mom. I just reason with her. I mean, she lives across the country from me and we get along well enough that I can call her at 4am drunk off my a** and puking and there's a cop at the door.

But sometimes she gets annoying when she keeps trying to get me to move to Colorado to live with her.

Last time I got pulled for speeding I called my Mum for the cash to pay my fine... she was pissed I got caught but was actually proud of me for being able to talk my way out of getting points on my liscence rofl
