There's 3 glitches I've come across that are annoying.
1. Mistress " pleasure " - After buying a few tower upgrades, Rose/Velvet will request your company in your private quarters. If you buy more later, they'll do so again, but you can't do that scene again, making Gnarl constantly remind you of that task while you're unable to complete it. Save up like 40k gold and wait until after deciding to either dump Rose over Velvet, or keep her, and buy all the upgrades at once to avoid the glitch.
2. Ruborian Desert - The one health powerup will be heading for the " exit " gate if you complete the bridge. The minions will stop on the bridge and not take it all the way to it. Get the powerup BEFORE completing the bridge and they'll take it to the starting gate where you can get the bonus of it.
3. Kahn - When you kill the guy, do NOT skip the cutscene. The " task completed " message comes up during the scene. If you skip it, it'll remain on your " To Do " list even though Kahn's dead.
None of those are game-breaking, but they are annoying.
