cursedcasanova charmed_matthews cursedcasanova Swordfish is like... the texture of a steak but the taste of a fish, it's really nice. Only problem with it is the little sharp bones in certain pieces of it. But other then that it's probably my favourite meat/fish. Wow, might have to try it some time - is it expensive? Erm, depending where you go and the size of the steak you get. I got a nice sized steak for £3.50 [about $5] but thats more then I would usually pay, I just saw it in the fishmongers and decided I really wanted it.
Cool, £3.50 isn't bad, might buy me some of that for tea tomorrow ^^

You can buy about 300g for 5-6$ CND It's about the same price than beef.
Never bought beef before, my grocery shopping usually consists of Pot Noodle and Tesco value stuff.
My mum takes care of the other stuff, vegetables and what-not.

Thats cool, I was born in Warrington so I can't really judge anyone based on location sweatdrop

Didn't know that was possible rofl just kidding hun.
I'm lucky that I'm in the Wirral and not in the city, people are a bit quieter here, still get packs of wild chavs, but at least they don't all carry knives.
To be honest I didn't either, but hey, I know to trust my mum's judgement from now on 3nodding
It's always good to know that your more likely to be beaten up instead of stabbed. 3nodding
I dunno though, I went to Liverpool a couple times when I was younger, doesn't seem quite as bad as the news made out but it's not my favorite place either. I like Leeds myself ^^

I'm quite fond of Chester, it's pretty local, but it's my favourite city I've been to so far.
