Donation letters, they do nothing but go up over time. Rares fluctuate a little more quickly but tend to go up AND down.

How did people get these items for the halloween and christmas stuff? That always confused me.

On halloween, when you go about town, I guess, you get a visit from the towns halloween mascot. You can trick-or-treat and evreything. On christmas, if your online, you get a present, and stuff." I have yet to find a price guide really kept up-to-date. So I usually have to do my own research on what the average price of items are. Which is important for how much selling I do on the Marketplace.
If I put something up too high, people will be discuraged to purchase and it only helps push inflastion higher. So I tend to keep my bidding prices under most everyone elses.

I do quite well, just sometimes have a difficult time moving items if I try pushing for a higher price than everyone else. Which is why I try and keep my prices down, cause I am going to earn a profit either way.
