Okay, went ahead and the picked the tie winner for Session 25, created voting thread for Session 26, and drew winning numbers for the raffle. Winner of the gold is mystic_emerald, winner of the letter is I Am From England.

I created a thread in the Test Forum to do the raffle drawings. If we don't have one already we can use this as a dedicated drawing thread. I bring up that point since I don't know if you already did the raffle drawing.
