You can't sell rings anymore. Unless they are unlocked. x3 In which all rings are locked now. If you played zOMG! when it first came out, they were unlocked and that's how people can sell them right now I guess. I still have a turtle and iron will ring unlocked.
I don't know if they have items where you can unlock rings, but yeah, that's the only way I know people actually have em. o.o
