Problem is... when you play against other people, they tend to have their feelings hurt. When its gamemastered and simply fighting npcs it tends to boring and less immersive.
Best solution is to have one person volunteer to be Opfor, basically play as hard as they can against everyone else, but not care if they lost.

Hmm... feelings... these things should not interfere in a FANTASY Roleplay. NPCs... are alright, but you don't get the victory feeling of kicking someones a**!
I think... We all need to agree on having no hurt feelings... no matter how much we love our characters.
EDIT: Alright, I just donned some of my best combat gear, so let's get rolling! Let's fight and kill some stuff! I'm bloodthirsty tonight! Oh, where did I get the lightsaber? I took from some Sith I killed... Nakaka or Narak or something like that. Point is, he crumpled under the power of my Shukom like flimsi.

Enigma: Alright, here, take my energy cannon. This button here opens portals. This button can lift heavy objects and fling them around. This one vaporizes things. Guy: Sweet. I'm gonna have fun with this! Enigma: That's what I was afraid of... sweatdrop Doctor: All I need is my Sonic Screwdriver. Engima: Why are we bringing him along again? Doctor: Um... Comic relief? Enigma: Eh, good enough.

Only Dr. Fred Edison could take a porta-potty and a engine and create a time machine called the Chron-a-John.
