It's like Truth or Dare, except the coin 'decides' what you do. One side is declared Heads, and the other Dare.
Also, you are told the two options ahead of time. Builds up the suspense.

Darkened Angel How many characters in all of SW smoked? Jabba smoked that one pipe thingy. And some outlaw guy in the Thrawn trilogy who's name escapes me. And I think you see a couple critters smoking something in the Cantina.

Nelowulf That Niles Ferrier dude smoked Cabarra cigarras, if i'm not mistaken. Which also happens to answer Celestia's question. Also, If I'm not mistaken, I believe Lando is a social smoker.
