At the side of the door frame, Mikey rose to his feet and pressed himself against the wall. He grinned, of course. Tristen was asleep and he didn't think Blizz and Freth would blow his cover.

Jira sat on the ground outside HQ, not really affected all that much by the cold. He had his newly acquired Baltoy in front of him and was watching the strange Pokemon's body turn while it's head remaining looking at him at all times. "You're a strange one, that much is certain." He told the small Pokemon. It was his first offensive Psychic type and was likely to be the last he caught for a while. He wanted at least one of his Pokemon to evolve before he went on to catching more. If he was going to be a trainer, he needed to help his Pokemon grow, not just keep catching more.

"You need a name, unless you already have one?" He told the Ground-type, who didn't seem to respond at first. Eman on. Came a quiet voice in his mind. "Huh? Was that you?" Sey. Em saw ti. The voice replied as Baltoy moved, backing up slightly. Sseleman ma I. The voice continued. Jira didn't understand a lick of it but assumed the Pokemon was trying to tell him it didn't have a name. He didn't detect any thoughts of one in the forefront of the Pokemon's mind. (The only part of the mind he could actively read were freely broadcast thoughts at the forefront, anyway.) "Well....How about I call you Hesperos?" The boy asked of the Pokemon, who seemed to be thinking it over for a moment before a response came. Sorespeh? Ti ekil I. The clay doll seemed to grin as Jira smile at it and the two went into HQ. The hybrid needed to check his SNAG. He'd left it in his newly claimed room while he came outside with Hesperos for a while.

That would probably be my fault. Maybe Tristen as well. Yay training. "They're here." I said to Freth.

"I gathered." She said, laughing a bit.

I got up then made my way towards the door.

"Well...hell. They're not imposing on anything as far as I can figure." I said, crossing my arms. How disappointing. Well that would explain why I didn't sense Miles close by. "Well...how's it going, Mikey? It's been a little while." I said to him.

"Careful, Mikey. Tails may want to stick with you for a while after all of this." I said. "He gets Tristen to go with him to explore every now and then. Though as of late, the two of them has been training...well, Tristen more so it seems. Our last meeting in Hyda...kinda got to him." I said.

"It was what he wanted, really. Not to mention, he kind of liked the idea that, considering Tails, it was fire proof, giving Tails one less way to get him naked. At any rate, with him wanting to train and all, I was willing to help, of course. As did Tails, for that matter." I told Mikey. "And just to be that role model for Tristen, Tails has wore his weighted wear more often as of late as well." I told him. "The two have done quite a bit since we last met, Mikey."

"Hey there, Mikey." Freth spoke up, looking over. "Don't mind Tristen too much. A couple of mugs of hot chocolate tends to take it out of him a bit." she said.

I rolled my eyes. "At any rate, if you want any hot chocolate, Mikey, there's some more in the kitchen." I said. "I think Tristen had all he is going to take tonight. And...did you get any more Tails?" I asked.

"Tails has made hints, but not come straight out and asked...yet." I said.

"Wait, he has?" Freth asked.

"It was in passing." I said.
